Lots of cars waiting for 30 mins before leaving. I drive to the window and there’s no one there, no one at the counter, I peak inside and there’s one person on their phone. Close if you’re not going to work. This place needs new management

Food is wrong about 25% of the time. The staff is mediocre at best. Lobby is covered in mold. Ceiling is leaking every where. Exposed burned wires hanging from ceiling above table. Kiosk are always out of receipt paper or not operating properly. I would like a functioning McDonald’s in Union but this one is struggling to the point of closure. Corporate and the health department have been contacted.

Tonight we waited 41 minutes after we paid for a McDouble, 4 Chicken Nuggets, and a small fry. There were 3 cars waiting in the extra drive thru parking spaces when we were asked to pull up to the 3rd Pick Up window which was marked “Pick Up 2”. During the time we waited there were up to 9 vehicles waiting after paying all of which were served before us. I asked an employee to check and she said “I’m not making the orders just bringing out the bags”. She had a head set on and eventually told another employee what our order was. It was apparent the order had not been previously fixed. This was ridiculous and not necessary. We will not be back.

Unfortunately a lot of orders are wrong and frappe or ice cream ma fine is down frequently. Customer service is NOT the best. And app is constantly messing up saying I picked up while I'm in a spot and I haven't Plus long wait times. Coffee is good .
