Unfortunately a lot of orders are wrong and frappe or ice cream ma fine is down frequently. Customer service is NOT the best. And app is constantly messing up saying I picked up while I'm in a spot and I haven't

I've been here about 5 times and 4 times i have had a horrible experience. If it's not waiting at the drive thru for 10 min for someone to rudely take your order it's the perpetually high workers that make this experience horrible. If by some chance you get someone to take your order you can guarantee ir will not be correct. The drive thru staff needs training on customer service l.

LONG POST ALERT. Manager and employee had nasty attitude. Manager closed the window in my face while I was talking. Heres what happened. I pull up to pick up my food, food was sitting there in window and i dont see anyone. There was an employee standing outside talking to person in car. I waited then i tap my horn, nobody comes i see 2 people in blue shirts in back, nobody comes to window. I blow horn 2 or 3 more times. Nobody.
Then girl who was in parking lot goes inside starts FIXING coffee. After few minutes who I guess is manager finally comes to window to give me my food. Said she was in back, and other manager was over at walkin cash register helping someone. As I tried to inform her that when I pulled up the man wasn't at cash register that I had saw him in back. She then says there wasn't nobody else in there, and girl that was on parking lot was getting information on how to make that person's coffee. Which was lie, she was talking about more than making a coffee. But then this girl opens her mouth to say we need help you need to apply. As I was trying to tell the manager that I had seen a young man walk by and go to restroom. Plus there was another worker who had walked up behind her. But girl from parking lot got smart so when I'm telling her basically to mind her business, in a nice way that's when the manager closed window in my face. But any time you go there the give you your food, don't say thank you, or ask if you need anything. The customer service here sucks. Manager and employee both had attitude because my food was sitting in window getting cold. I was only there because of my niece. I don't waste my money there. It's a shame these workers disrespect customers the way they do. Just because it's hard keeping or getting workers don't mean customer service should be lacking or non existence. Rant over!

There hasn’t been a time where I have been to this location and my order has been correct in years. And I’m not exaggerating. I always end up having to wait on drinks sauces and everything else like it’s garbage I don’t go anymore unless it’s in a different county

The food is usually good during the morning and afternoon hours. The evening is where the food and service can be dicey. They will forget to give you the whole order during the evening and night hours. They can be very unpleasant and rude to some customers. All in all, I recommend breakfast and lunch, but I would choose somewhere else for dinner.

Have placed orders here multiple times. Sadly this location functions similar to a headless chicken. I've went for pickup with app and I was told they were out of oreos for the mcflurry, confirmed I was okay with m&ms, 15 minutes to by and no mcflurry, I had to go into the store and stood at the register waiting assistance for another 5 minutes before pulling someone aside to get the mcflurry since no one acknowledged my existence. Ordered via app for delivery and received unsweetened tea and a mini m&m mc mcflurry when ordering sweet tea and a normal size mcflurry (literally only need to read to know everything in my order and not make mistakes like this not an error in communication), the delivery bag is sealed so dashers cannot see if items in order are clearly incorrect before delivery. I believe this is due to preventing tampering which is nice, but sadly backfires due to the lack of quality control at this franchise location.

I'm a Door Dasher in Union. Although there are times when I encounter a wait, the staff is always accommodating and working diligently to get everyone serviced with a smile. The one thing I like the most is the caring attitudes that are displayed daily. A big huge thanks goes out to Manny and his staff. Keep up the great work everyone!
