Service is slow, I have been to this McDonald's store 5 times and time from order payment collected and food received has not been below a 15 minute wait. Very disappointing. Seems the staff don't care either because even if you stand at the register area it takes 3-5 minutes for them to notice you there.

placed onlineorder when i arrived manager came to front i explained i had an onlineordershe walked away. had to wait for someone to come back to the front and and had to explain again i had an online order. manager very rude and unprofessional.

Food is wrong about 25% of the time. The staff is mediocre at best. Lobby is covered in mold. Ceiling is leaking every where. Exposed burned wires hanging from ceiling above table. Kiosk are always out of receipt paper or not operating properly. I would like a functioning McDonald’s in Union but this one is struggling to the point of closure. Corporate and the health department have been contacted.

Tonight we waited 41 minutes after we paid for a McDouble, 4 Chicken Nuggets, and a small fry. There were 3 cars waiting in the extra drive thru parking spaces when we were asked to pull up to the 3rd Pick Up window which was marked “Pick Up 2”. During the time we waited there were up to 9 vehicles waiting after paying all of which were served before us. I asked an employee to check and she said “I’m not making the orders just bringing out the bags”. She had a head set on and eventually told another employee what our order was. It was apparent the order had not been previously fixed. This was ridiculous and not necessary. We will not be back.
