Worst place in Union. Staff gets rude as hell and ignores you, constantly screws up your order, and DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM HERE THEY TAKE LONGER ON YOUR ORDER ON PURPOSE.
Only point I can give is that the place is usually clean. Just stear clear, both at the store and at hime.

I really want to give this place at least 3 stars because the employees I've engaged with have been pleasant (most of them). The food is just okay. I can't count the number of times my fries were cold. But the worst thing about this restaurant, is the wait. I'm sitting in the drive through as I write this and have been here for 40 minutes. I like doing the mobile order because you get great deals but I sit in the spot waiting for my order on average a half an hour just to have to go inside to get something that was forgotten anyway. So while the employees are nice, it doesn't help with the service.

I went to this McDonald’s two days in a row and they forgot something both days. I’m not even worried about the missing food anymore. We just won’t eat here anymore.

Slowest McDonald's in the upstate and has been for years. Don't waste your time ordering food here even if you're willing to wait for it bc they will still screw it up in the end. It was fun listening to the cooking staff cuss bc they had to actually do their job

Tried to come through today and they just decided to change when they do breakfast today I guess. It’s supposed to end at 11:00 am and I tried to come through with a paid mobile order at 10:20 am and they said they just switched early just because. I’ve worked for McDonald’s for years and have NEVER seen this before.

Just used drive through to order. Because of Hurricane Helane limited menu was available. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 10 piece McNugetts and large fries. The line moved fast. Order was warm. Great experience.
