They have stickers on the side of your order and still can’t get it right, if you can’t make a simple drink you shouldn’t be working

I'm trying to help out a new business I've been there four times and every time I order has been wrong. I'm not making any specialty I'm pulling straight off the menu. I mentioned my drink was supposed to have strawberries in it they basically gave me a cup full of strawberry juice does it quite well on the stomach thanks a lot

My fiance went in the drive-thru to get me an iced caramel macchiato and they gave him the wrong drink. And I know it wasn't his fault because he goes up there and gets me the same thing all the time. And then when he went inside to get the correct drink they still gave him the wrong drink. This place needs to get it together because the staff really sucks.

Kid-friendliness: Took two children under the age of 7 inside, to pick up a mobile order and had to wait for a few. The boys were ok, but definitely louder than normal, etc. Everyone acted like it was ok to have kids up and down, loud, running, etc.. Kids being kids. It was nice to be able to wait for the order without stares and whispers, for a change ???♀️
The baristas are always so friendly and when I order on the app they have it either ready before I get there or right as I walk in!

Every time I go they do not have what I want they do not listen to drink instructions they over charge they coffee doesn't even taste good they are very very slow I wouldn't go here if there was another one in town open someone needs to open a private coffee shop because the other one in town never open and Starbucks isn't it the corporation gonna fall as it should God taking out everywhere that isn't good.....I only gave one star because I had to to post this but Starbucks should not be the only option it is generic over rated but not for long...Starbucks should never run out of cold brew it is literally they JOB TO MAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! They walk around ignoring people at the window I am sick of seeing my drink sitting there ready and having to wait on cashier to come do they job they job is to stand at the window and keep the line moving quite giving kids jobs that do jot want to WORK PROPERLY I am sure someone with work stills can use they job
