Horrible customer service, nasty attitude, the lady who took my order had a terrible attitude. Then I get cold tacos, terrible. Corporate needs to do something because this location is going to fail if they don't.

Awful customer service when ordering. Order incomplete, laughing and hearing employees in background while ordering, no apologies after order is wrong, no thank you when you get your order through the drive thru. Not the first time for bad service there, keep going there to be treated like crap which is my fault.

The employee was very rude stood there for over 10 minutes and didn't get waited on are no help so I just walked out and got pizza and the kids was very disappointed because they wanted taco bell for Halloween party and didn't get it 😢 the employee name was Jackie Burns
This will be the last time we go here every time we go we are missing something the tacos are greasy and this last time all 3 of our luxe boxes were wrong and missing tacos and a burrito. when I went back to get it fixed they gave them back and everything was cold and soggy so we gave them to our dogs so we didn't get sick. I don't see this staying long either.

Food was made correctly how we ordered. But the service there was absolutely horrible. Playing around in the back while customers are waiting for 20 minutes up front was a bit longer than expected when they weren’t busy Highly unsatisfied.

By Far, the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I ordered tacos and several tacos were empty shells. After digging through my bag I found my taco meat in the bottom of the bag. Apparently they have someone new wrapping the tacos or maybe thats just how they do things there. My first and last visit! Good riddance!!

First few visits were not up to my experienced Taco Bell buds, however she is proving her leadership skills! Excellent food, atmosphere and provided her staff with clear instructions and encouraging leadership.

Didn’t have enough help working. Food was good but I had to wait 30 minutes for my order! 🤔
Mobile order. Completed 50%. Woman at the window assured everything was in one bag. Total packets of sauce (order was for 10 fire packs and the 7 INCLUDED packs of salsa verde per the order)
The order was $35, received per the app, $15 worth of food.
I would give negative stars if allowed. #LAN

It’s like they try their best to get your order wrong…every single time. I can understand every now & then, but it’s literally every single time. I don’t see it lasting long again.

I was so excited to have taco bell back in union but it quickly became a disappointment. I’m sorry but we’ve had several encounters where the workers are rude, you go inside and have a long wait time and they still mess up your food. When you’re waiting inside on your food you can hear the manager and workers cussing. It’s a chaotic mess in that kitchen. Get it together!!
