Waffle House employees were so rude and disrespectful!! They said they would not serve us because apparently someone in the car said something about the employees when none of us know what she's talking about or who the employee is, none of us has even been to Waffle House that much to know the employee she's talking about and we just got there! The officer said she was very rude and disrespectful. Honestly the experience was just so thrown off because we don't even know any employees names! At the end of the day we still got our waffles! Must think all black people look the same because when we all got out she just started yelling at us and we were looking so confused, the officer did too. Bad experience and should never happen again:)

The only Waffle House I know that closes their dinning area at night. All orders must be to go and then you are charge an extra 20% fee. This is absolutely ridiculous. A 10% fee is added for the person preparing the food and another 10% is added for a a to go fee. Customers SHOULD not be charged extra fees when the restaurant gives the customer no other choice.

The food and staff are great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that there really is no set time they open the dining room in the mornings. It seems they open when they feel like it. It’s really hard to plan a breakfast date with my other half before work. I really don’t feel like eating breakfast in the car.

Michael was an awesome sales person we had everything we needed and Sierra the cook done a great job in our food they both went above and beyond to make it experience great
