Decided to grab a hot Dave’s Double at 11:55am just now. Nope. Old dry burgers from yesterday. Sad and pathetic. As I read the side on the building claiming prepared fresh. False. I tried 2 bites and I was done. So disappointed.

I was told to move to mobile order parking to wait for my order. I waited 10 mins & something told me to go in. I went in & asked to cancel my order because my break was almost over. They asked what my order was & when I told them, another employee said she gave my food to someone else because she didn’t see my car pulled up. Her coworker said I told her to pull in mobile parking. There needs to be better communication with employees because not only did I waste majority of my lunch break, someone else received free food due to basic lack of communication.

I never got to eat. Was in drive through and ordered 20 piece spicy BBQ nuggets. The young man on the mic then tried to repeat my order asking if I said saucy BBQ. So I asked him do they sell saucy BBQ and then proceeded to repeat my order louder and more clear. I then ordered a coke ge asked was that all. This child rang nothing up but the coke. When asked what about my nuggets, he replied that I said that was all after the coke. I told him I didn't want any of it. I was scared at that point. So I decided to call the manager. Guess who answered the phone and said he was the manager. SMH it's a wonder they don't burn the place down

Ordered online as to help expedite my order. Waited in line at drive thru. Got to the speaker and the person on the other side asked for my order I told them I had a mobile order. Waited and waited. Finally someone came back on and was like what do you want… um my mobile order would be nice. Got to the window and was pulled. Waited and waited for cold food 🤢🤢🤢. At least make sure the food is hot when you pull people geeze.
Disgusting workers!!!!!! I ordered 6 cheesy cheddar burgers which every Wendy’s has it literally a burger with nacho cheese on it and it was even on my receipt as a cheesy cheddar burger. They gave me 6 buns with nacho cheese and no meat or anything else. When my husband brought the food back the worker already knew what they were brought back for proceeded to call someone to ask if they could be made right. Then told him that they don’t sell these and that this wasn’t an actual Wendy’s but a tar heels store whatever that means . So if you think your going to a Wendy’s your not they have no affiliation with Wendy’s at all according to her. I will never return hopefully they clean house bc that’s the only way to fix this problem get some competent workers. Lazy
