Disgusting workers!!!!!! I ordered 6 cheesy cheddar burgers which every Wendy’s has it literally a burger with nacho cheese on it and it was even on my receipt as a cheesy cheddar burger. They gave me 6 buns with nacho cheese and no meat or anything else. When my husband brought the food back the worker already knew what they were brought back for proceeded to call someone to ask if they could be made right. Then told him that they don’t sell these and that this wasn’t an actual Wendy’s but a tar heels store whatever that means . So if you think your going to a Wendy’s your not they have no affiliation with Wendy’s at all according to her. I will never return hopefully they clean house bc that’s the only way to fix this problem get some competent workers. Lazy

Went to Wendy’s in Union S.C. Sunday night at 9:30 the sign said they were open until 10:30 but the door was locked while a person laying in one of the booths the drive thru was opened but we really wanted to dine in so we just left

Fries are always soggy and I swear they make new sandwiches out of old sandwiched they were good like the first two weeks they opened now they are just extremely poor quality like most of the fast-food resteraunts in union and I know I'm not the only one who feels even if u steam old crusty rolls they are still old crusty rolls throw them out especially when someone's paying almost $15 for a fast-food meal this place is truly awful so if I want quality wendys I go to spartanburg

Another beautiful restaurant ruined by ghetto trash behind the counter. Not one single employee had a smile on their face. The restaurant had trash all over the place and none of the employees took any initiative to show they cared about customer service.

I love this place. With the offers, rewards and deals I can feed a family of 3 and 2 dogs for less than $20. Always looking for a good deal and that's what Wendy's is to me. Love it!
