I was told to move to mobile order parking to wait for my order. I waited 10 mins & something told me to go in. I went in & asked to cancel my order because my break was almost over. They asked what my order was & when I told them, another employee said she gave my food to someone else because she didn’t see my car pulled up. Her coworker said I told her to pull in mobile parking. There needs to be better communication with employees because not only did I waste...
I love this place. With the offers, rewards and deals I can feed a family of 3 and 2 dogs for less than $20. Always looking for a good deal and that's what Wendy's is to me. Love it!
Placed a mobile order for pick up in the drive thru. There were at least 10 cars ahead me and it is by far the quickest line in Union. The food was fresh Hot and delicious. The service was friendly! So glad we have a Wendy’s in union!
