Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited 45 min for a mobile order. Was told they prioritize drive thru over mobile orders. Had at least 5 people who came in after me get their order before me. Asked for my drinks to be new since they had been fixed prior to my arrival and was handed empty cups.

Go to the drive thru. They only service the drive thrub they will not give food to you inside until the drive thru is empty. I've waited about 39 min inside before

The worst zaxbys I've ever visited. Nice people but a drive thru is meant to service customers quickly. Ive worked a zaxbys fingers only take 6 minutes to cook, why are we sitting in the drive thru for 22 minutes? I get being short staffed but unless there's only 1 cook this is crazy. Won't be Back!

Staff were not competent enough to listen to the order. Then over charged for food and tried to charge us more money. We paid $38.14 for a 30 piece family meal. Staff tried to say that was for chicken only. Then, tried to fix the issue refunding us only 34.18 and asked for more money for food we had paid for! Please learn to read, write, add and listen before accepting jobs that deal with money, food and public.

Food's too expensive

A lil pricey but good food and service and no long wait time.

Drive through service was fantastic.

Waited 15-20 min in the drive thru for 2 kids meals and a chicken finger plate. The customer behind me ordered food for 4, and received before, and my order was only partially filled (ordered cheese bites which I learned later were not in the bag... Too far gone to turn around). Be better, Zaxby's.

They were not very good tonight. The order was not entirely right. We told them about the mistake and it was still made wrong. Took 30 mins at least to get our food.

They close at 10:30 pm, I arrived at the drive thru at 10:15 pm and only wanted a salad. The young lady working was taking out trash and told me they were closed. I told her that they weren’t closed because it was only 10:15 and she told me they were out of food. I told her I only wanted a salad and she told me they were out of salads too and continued to walk away taking out the trash. I know better than that. She was leaving early.

When you go out and spend $25 on two meals.

You would not expect to get a wings n things plate with bantam (baby sized) chicken wings that are so over cooked it was like jerky. And tiny almost bite sized chicken strips and a child's sized handful of french fries. Not to mention they were supposed to be rolled in nuclear sauce. Whatever it was rolled in wasn't even hot.

Just like you wouldn't expect to get a zac snak meal with bite sized chicken strips and again another child's size handful of french fries.

Debated asking for money back for the whole plates, but figured the lady behind the counter was probably going to argue about it and therefore didn't want to bother. Not a very friendly atmosphere there to be honest.

I used to work at a Zaxby's (not this one). Definitely will not be going back to it.

Waste of money and energy to go out hungry and leave just as hungry 😑

I made an online order, wasnt readu when I arrives, the lady on the counter just throw me the cups and 1 was medium size peach tea, so I have to ask for it, the drinks machine without "zero" flavors. The bag wasnt tied, just the sticker on it and if fell off all food.

Advertising said milkshakes were back. Got to the drive thru and they said the milkshake machine was still broken. The broken milkshake machine broke my heart.
