Food's too expensive

A lil pricey but good food and service and no long wait time.

Drive through service was fantastic.

Waited 15-20 min in the drive thru for 2 kids meals and a chicken finger plate. The customer behind me ordered food for 4, and received before, and my order was only partially filled (ordered cheese bites which I learned later were not in the bag... Too far gone to turn around). Be better, Zaxby's.

They were not very good tonight. The order was not entirely right. We told them about the mistake and it was still made wrong. Took 30 mins at least to get our food.

They close at 10:30 pm, I arrived at the drive thru at 10:15 pm and only wanted a salad. The young lady working was taking out trash and told me they were closed. I told her that they weren’t closed because it was only 10:15 and she told me they were out of food. I told her I only wanted a salad and she told me they were out of salads too and continued to walk away taking out the trash. I know better than that. She was leaving early.

When you go out and spend $25 on two meals.

You would not expect to get a wings n things plate with bantam (baby sized) chicken wings that are so over cooked it was like jerky. And tiny almost bite sized chicken strips and a child's sized handful of french fries. Not to mention they were supposed to be rolled in nuclear sauce. Whatever it was rolled in wasn't even hot.

Just like you wouldn't expect to get a zac snak meal with bite sized chicken strips and again another child's size handful of french fries.

Debated asking for money back for the whole plates, but figured the lady behind the counter was probably going to argue about it and therefore didn't want to bother. Not a very friendly atmosphere there to be honest.

I used to work at a Zaxby's (not this one). Definitely will not be going back to it.

Waste of money and energy to go out hungry and leave just as hungry 😑

I made an online order, wasnt readu when I arrives, the lady on the counter just throw me the cups and 1 was medium size peach tea, so I have to ask for it, the drinks machine without "zero" flavors. The bag wasnt tied, just the sticker on it and if fell off all food.

Advertising said milkshakes were back. Got to the drive thru and they said the milkshake machine was still broken. The broken milkshake machine broke my heart.

It never fails, everytime I say I'll give Zaxbys in Union, SC a try they always mess up. I ordered 10 tongue torch wings extra crispy large fry. There was no tongue torch sauce of any kind. Although there was ranch sauce in the little packets. Yall are the worst, het it together.

I am a long standing customer of this location but there has been a decline in accuracy and customer service over the past year or so. I placed an order online and two items were left out and the wrong dressings were given. This is the third time in the past couple of months so I will not be wasting anymore time and money here. There needs to be improvement in management and quality made.

All of my bad experiences with Zaxbys have come at this particular restaurant. Do not waste your time. Tonight, I was one of several customers who had to wait more than 20 minutes after ordering to get our food. I don't mind waiting for food when a place is busy, however there were 5 people in the store and three cars in the drive-thru. The problem tonight was the kitchen crew was too busy hanging out and not doing their job...again. I have had that problem more than once with this store. The cashier and the others behind the counter were as pleasant as can be, though. I have no problems with them. I gave a 2 star for service only because there was no way to differentiate between kitchen and counter crew. Bottom line, when in Union, SC don't bother with Zaxbys. If Union's Zaxbys is the only place open and you are starving, I'm pretty sure there are some good tree bark recipes somewhere on the internet.

I don't know what's going on with this Zaxbys, but it has been horrible for a while now. I always get a salad and lately it's not much. Last night I had to cut up my own chicken, add cheese and eggs. There's hardly any lettuce. I miss the way they used to cut up the cucumbers, nice and small, now they don't peel them. My chicken sandwich was loaded with pickles and drowning in sauce. I went thru the drive-thru fairly quickly, yet it took about 20 minutes for my son to get his food from inside. We won't order the cheesecake bites because they won't give you the sauce and it tastes much better with it. Without, it tastes burnt. It's just not worth it the disappointment anymore.

I ordered a family strip deal with 20 strips they skimmed the hell out me for my fries it's supposed to have 2 box's of fries was only half of one box not knowing I'm one of the biggest reviewers in the state do better thousands will see this
