Haven't been to the one in union I went to the one on Hillcrest in Spartanburg got some good grilled chicken sandwiches over all it's a great place to eat at if you want chicken

This is the absolute worst Zaxbys I’ve ever gotten food from. Ordered two boneless wing meals and everything was cold. The fries were barely even cooked. Like How do you mess up French fries? Seriously so mad I wasted my money on inedible food.

Waited 45 min for a mobile order. Was told they prioritize drive thru over mobile orders. Had at least 5 people who came in after me get their order before me. Asked for my drinks to be new since they had been fixed prior to my arrival and was handed empty cups.

Go to the drive thru. They only service the drive thrub they will not give food to you inside until the drive thru is empty. I've waited about 39 min inside before

The worst zaxbys I've ever visited. Nice people but a drive thru is meant to service customers quickly. Ive worked a zaxbys fingers only take 6 minutes to cook, why are we sitting in the drive thru for 22 minutes? I get being short staffed but unless there's only 1 cook this is crazy. Won't be Back!

Staff were not competent enough to listen to the order. Then over charged for food and tried to charge us more money. We paid $38.14 for a 30 piece family meal. Staff tried to say that was for chicken only. Then, tried to fix the issue refunding us only 34.18 and asked for more money for food we had paid for! Please learn to read, write, add and listen before accepting jobs that deal with money, food and public.

Food's too expensive

A lil pricey but good food and service and no long wait time.

Drive through service was fantastic.

Waited 15-20 min in the drive thru for 2 kids meals and a chicken finger plate. The customer behind me ordered food for 4, and received before, and my order was only partially filled (ordered cheese bites which I learned later were not in the bag... Too far gone to turn around). Be better, Zaxby's.

They were not very good tonight. The order was not entirely right. We told them about the mistake and it was still made wrong. Took 30 mins at least to get our food.

They close at 10:30 pm, I arrived at the drive thru at 10:15 pm and only wanted a salad. The young lady working was taking out trash and told me they were closed. I told her that they weren’t closed because it was only 10:15 and she told me they were out of food. I told her I only wanted a salad and she told me they were out of salads too and continued to walk away taking out the trash. I know better than that. She was leaving early.
