I don't know what's going on with this Zaxbys, but it has been horrible for a while now. I always get a salad and lately it's not much. Last night I had to cut up my own chicken, add cheese and eggs. There's hardly any lettuce. I miss the way they used to cut up the cucumbers, nice and small, now they don't peel them. My chicken sandwich was loaded with pickles and drowning in sauce. I went thru the drive-thru fairly quickly, yet it took about 20...

The crew needs some work . They act like the items they are serving come directly out of their pockets. When you up size they don't even give you extra fries. They just take a few away I swear . And don't ask for sauce on the side. They make it a point not too listen .FYI . No one wants their hot chicken tossed in cold sauce. Get it together young bucks.

The slowest zaxbys I've ever been to they had one person on front counter with so many people waiting to order and it seemed like they were dropping the food in the oil for each individual order and yet it still ended up being cold because of how long it took the front counter lady to do anything food wasn't nasty but it was just barely even war.lm
