This was a hidden gem right by our house! The people are really nice, good service, and good food (for the most part). My husband ordered the seafood platter and I ordered the shrimp basket. The fries were amazing, really. The fish, stuffed crab, and hush puppies were also really good! The reason for the one star off is that the shrimp were literally salad shrimp. We got a lot of them but they were tiny and a little over cooked. If you order a shrimp basket or seafood platter with shrimp, they should be large and plump. Not the case here. I’ll definitely go back because I loved the atmosphere, people, and lakefront location! But I won’t order the shrimp next time, because they are….well….shrimpy. The teaspoon is for size reference.

What a hidden gem!!! My husband and I were on the way back from Hilton Head and were in the mood for some fresh flounder and fries. We found this place on Yelp and I'm so glad we did! The food was great. We both had their fried flounder platter. The fries are especially good; crunchy and perfectly seasoned outside and soft on the inside. Honestly it was all so good it was gone before I got a chance to get a picture of it! Our server was wonderful--also made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped inside to check the place out. So glad we found this place, thanks to Yelp! Will be back again. Great place!!

Definitely a bar atmosphere on the lake. It is kid friendly but can get loud with conversations & jukebox music. The food was great and the service was even better.

Love this little hidden gem!! The catfish is fresh from Lake Marion, and the fried bologna sandwich is about 2 inches thick. The people are so nice and treat you like family. ❤️Vegetarian options: Impossible burger; very large saladsKid-friendliness: High chairs, booster seats and a really cute "kids corner" with cartoon art on the walls and a coloring station for the kids.
