I want to start off by saying that I gave 3 stars because when eating in I've never had a problem (other than the fact they do not have ice for the drinks), however I've ran into a lot of problems with delivery. I LOVE the fact they deliver as I live in the country and most places do not however it is always an hour + that I get my order. Tonight's order was awful! I waited the usual hour (which to be fair was the estimated delivery time) and it never came. Finally an hour and a half later I called only to then have to wait an extra hour to get my order. When it finally came the Pepsi that they gave for free for me waiting so long ended up being diet after asking what drink I wanted, they forgot the garlic butter I paid extra for, and then had a severe attitude when I called back. Delivery is never a pleasant experience with them.

Tables are lopsided, food is so bad. My son had pink chicken wings. Pizza had no flavor and just didn't taste good. Was the worse pizza joint I have ever tasted. Thank God we will not be eating here again

Ordered a pizza was told the price was 28.56 but when it was delivered was told that the cashier made a mistake and the price went up to 32 dollars and change. That put the young lady delivering my pizza in a place where she was apologizing to me about the price. I had already put her tip in for her service. Now I have to pull out another 5 dollars to cover cost and tip. Very unprofessional you had my number and could have called me back but no, just let the young lady delivering it do it. I work for a company that if we make a mistake we cover all cost and believe me our prices can go up to the thousands..

Just ordered delivery for the first time. (We usually carry out) Super friendly service and quick delivery! So happy to know they deliver all the way out to little old islandton. ☺️

I wouldn’t put any stars if I could but I ordered bread sticks and a large meatlovers pizza at 8 and I only live 3 minutes away from there they close at 10 told me that it would be an hour before they got to my house and they still never showed up

First time eating from here and the wings were delicious! Tender, flavorful, and just right! I didn't even use my ranch!

Great pizza, lasagna, and salads, and the half baked cookies are a delicious gooey treat! Quick tip: the big Sam's Club freezer bag holds 2 large pizza boxes and zips closed which keeps the pizza hot when you pick up and drive back to Estill!

That's it ... Asked to tip for a take out order ?.. not a delivery but a take out order ... I didn't vote to put that tyrant in the WH and my tips go to the 5$ bag of Cheetos and gas. Good luck ...

Delivery Driver was rude on the phone and refused to deliver my food because of some other person’s dogs on my road. This is after waiting an hour for my food. Just poor service all the way around. I don’t usually complain even when companies are subpar, but this just really made me mad. My options was come to meet driver or come to store which was not an option as I didn’t have a car. I wouldn’t have opted for delivery if I could have gone and get it. Thankfully it was a cash order and had not paid for it yet and just cancelled the order. Guess they don’t need the busy. It will be my last order they can rest assured. I have heard others complain about this place, but this was my first really poor experience.
