The service is terrible. Workers are very slow and nonchalant. They constantly close down early. The most recent time I arrived at 8:27pm the worker was cleaning with the lights off, did not acknowledge me when I went to ask why they were closed more than 30 minutes early and refused me service yet again.

If you try to use a coupon, they claim their computer is down and they won't honor them. Bait and switch much? Extremely expensive for what it is and where it is. Tables are located right in the gas station, front and center. No privacy from homeless looking people who stare hungrily at you as you eat. Enjoy!

Food was decent, but service was horrible. Older black woman with piercings, was rude and rushing our ordering and then when we came back to get a cookie we forgot. She wouldn't even serve us. Will not be back!

I would like to start by saying usually I have no issue with this particular subway. But I placed an online order for my wife, kids, and I around 8:00 pm. When I arrived to pick up my food around 8:20 pm. The employee was in the process of closing up for the night 40 minutes early. Not unheard of, small town so understandable. I stepped forward and before i could see if my order was complete and if they just had it in the back the employee says "we closed, bye." I then got one word out before the employee responded with"it's my last day, I don't care." I understand fast food is a hard job and not everyone is cut out for it. But i would have at least liked a refund since I didn't get my order and already paid online.

The food isn't bad, but the service is lacking. The young lady that made my sub today couldn't understand what I was saying. I then saw the problem, she needed to take her earbuds out and pay attention!

The manager should be put in jail! I have no problem with tipping but to have your card machines setup to automatically add a tip is a scam! Especially when we ask why didn't it ask about leaving a tip? Her response was it's fine and walked away so we grabbed our own receipt to see , and the (MANAGER) IS THE ONE SCAMMING PEOPLE! Sure it's only 1-2$ but if a few hundred people eat there aday it would add up to 5k-10k she is SCAMMING a month!
