They have good roast beef but the new BBQ sandwich is awful. A pork butt cooked in an oven is not BBQ. Absolutely no smoke flavor. Take this off the menu.

Very disappointed, didn’t get all our food. The crew was fussing in dining room. Had customers walking bc of bad service. Very disappointed never had issue before.

Since the actual Arby's website won't let me write a review I guess I will have to do it where I got the burger. ( Burger) Please just stick to the roast beef sandwich cause your burger was the worst I have ever had. It was more like a block of something. I don't think it was actually meat. It was hard and solid. I took two bits and then fed it to my dogs then they looked at me like I just punished them for something. Must be some of that lad meat I've been seeing across the internet. Thought I was going to give something new a try and well I did. Never again.
