The last few times I have been to this location and the cashier has been a young kid named Logan service was absolutely amazing. Logan is very respectful and he gets you in and out very quickly. Service and Food at this location it’s definitely better in the morning.

Used drive thru. Was told wait would be 8 minutes. After 20 minutes I went in to get food. Had to wait 5 more minutes after more excuses. When I left everyone who came after me was gone. Will not be back. Suggest all stay away so that place closes as it should.

I dropped my car off at the shop down the road. Then went grab some breakfast. They had my car done, had put 4 new tires on it before they served me any food. Thats right folks, the mechanics down the road can change out all for tires faster than these fools can make a sausage biscuit.

This place is getting as worse as McDonald's for taking a simple order. You pay for it then it's will you pull forward and wait. 10mins for a Cajun chicken biscuit. What's really upsetting is wasn't a single person in drive thru line or inside. Foods good but not worth the hassle and wait anymore. Last dollar I will spend there.
Server had just changed our garbage bags in the dining area. She returned to the cash register, took my order, and was reaching for the serving utensils to box my order. I asked her if she would mind changing her gloves (the ones she had on handling trash!). She actually rolled her eyes. I cancelled my order. Won't go back. This was not a teenager.

Every frigging restaurant in Walhalla/West Union always messes up the order. No different here. It's really my fault for not checking. Why is it so hard to put tge right amount of food ordered in the frigging bag. I hate yall so much right now. Flipping ridiculous

Purchased 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals. Got home both chicken sandwiches RAW. Went back to Bojangles and showed them food. Requested refund for meals. Only refund for chicken sandwiches not full meal since kids ate macaroni. When questioned the manager. About inconvenience and try to make right she just walked away. Calling corporate office in morning. And complaining. About manager and food. Which I could post pic of sandwiches. Kids have stomach aches now. Never again will I go in Bojangles. The cook needs to be fired and the manager needs to learn customer care. We had to wait 10 minutes because chicken sandwiches had to be cooked. Don’t know what they were doing for 10 minutes. The food came out raw. . .
