Purchased 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals. Got home both chicken sandwiches RAW. Went back to Bojangles and showed them food. Requested refund for meals. Only refund for chicken sandwiches not full meal since kids ate macaroni. When questioned the manager. About inconvenience and try to make right she just walked away. Calling corporate office in morning. And complaining. About manager and food. Which I could post pic of sandwiches. Kids have stomach aches now. Never again will I go in Bojangles. The cook needs to be fired and the manager needs to learn customer care. We had to wait 10 minutes because chicken sandwiches had to be cooked. Don’t know what they were doing for 10 minutes. The food came out raw. . .

Pulled up to an empty restaurant and was told I had to wait 15 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken. I’ve now waited over 30 minutes and 6 different customers got their food before me. Just spent $25 to wait for nothing. A bunch of high school girls vaping all working too. Pathetic and disgraceful.

Told it would be a 6 minute wait for a chicken sandwich and 6 cookies. At 15 minutes I walked in and they said they were waiting on cookies. Not busy at all. I sat being patient for 30 minutes. Nobody came to check on me or apologize. Won’t be back. At least check on your customers when they’ve waited and were nice.

We tried to go in lobby it was closed Then we waited in drive thru for 20 plus mins no one talked or said anything then we pulled up to window and employee ignored us at window. It was 815p on a fri night after we got off work.
Was very disappointed. Was traveling late due to hurricane Helene and the staff was rude and didn't put our biscuits in the bag

The management of this location HAS to get better on GameDays. Customers in there who had pre-ordered for pickups at 7:30 and 8am were still there at 9:30 with no food. Line was out door and drive thru completely at a stand still. Took well over an hour to walk in and place an order of 3 items and get them. Completely inexcusable!! Avoid this location on your way to the Clemson game.
