I go here in the mornings to get coffee and breakfast, you have a wonderful morning shift manager.(Cindy) always greets with. Smile on her face ,and the morning crew is amazing!

One star is to much did a online order go in to pick it up to much playing and throwing food where the fix the orders. Very disappointed, a shift leader / manager was there .

This place is terrible since they got since they fired Brian. He always made sure he customers was happy and made our food fresh and hot. They need re hire him back it will be amazing to see him. But I hope he doing well whatever he doing now

Can’t ever order here at all. I just sat in the drive thru line over 10 mins and no one ever came on the speaker or nothing. There was a van sitting in front of no telling how long they had been there. Awful every time I try to give this place a chance they ruin it

Set in driveway for 10 min car in frt of me ,nobody else at this place ,I finally drove off !!
Lobby says open until 10pm. It's 930pm on a Monday. Manager literally just locked door in our face! What a bunch of baloney. I Don't stand for baloney.

I ordered at the drive thru. Wensday May 8th at around 7pm . (BURGER KING) My order was Two number 4"s with large sweet tea's One number 9 with large sweet tea. Once at the window we were given two large tea's. So we had to ask the very young guy for our 3rd tea. Once the order arrived they had given us two medium fries and our sandwiches. My husband told them we had ordered 3 large fries. The black girl yelled at us saying you ordered a medium Fri. The guy handed us a small Fri in a bag and closed the window and refused to open it back up. So I went in. The black girl glared at me the boy left and a very nice light brown haired lady ask what was wrong. I told her. She threw out the small order of fries and asked the black girl to cook me some fries. The black girl then said to her, you wanna see someone go off? I'm about to. Then a nothing lady with bottle black died hair handed me a large Fri and I asked what about the other two medium ones you gave me ? And she said ( very ugly) what do you mean. I just turned and said I'm just gonna report this. She said do that. Just do that. And they all came up to the counter to watch me leave. This was handled very unprofessional. When fixing my order that I paid for was all that was required. I will not be returning to this franchise, and I plan to make a formal report to the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. Since when has it become exceptional for young black girls to voice wishing to go off on a 60 year old woman for just wanting the order made right, that I paid for ?? They need new employees and management. I'm asking my friends to not patronize this establishment any longer, we as senior citizens deserve the right to get the food orders that we have personally paid for, with out threads.
