We’ve gotten delivery through DoorDash so I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, but the food has been phenomenal! We stopped eating here a year ago after several bad experiences, but I’m so thankful we decided to give it another try. Thanks to pregnancy cravings we’ve ordered three times in the last month and each time the food has been delicious and accurate.

Perfect example of southern customer service. Food served hot, fresh, with a smile, and polite commentary. The perfect eat especially if you're on a budget. This restaurant doesn't just have 5 star service but also has good suggestions if you dont know what to get, great portions, good quality, low prices, and excellent drive-thru time for those in a hurry.

Haven't been to Hardee's in quite awhile. I guess we needed a reminder for why we haven't. Would rate them #1 for worst burgers and Ham & Cheese on a bin. Buns were stale. There was a tiny piece of ham and small piece of cheese on the stale bun. Burgers were actually smaller then McDonald's, if you can imagine that. Absolutely horrible food!!!

Honestly this place used to be great and have really good service however when you go here and order things just to have something to go home and eat just to realize they forgot something and this happens pretty often and it really disappoints me. All I ask is that the workers check the receipts twice and make sure they are giving people their entire order instead of assuming it’s all good.

I've been getting breakfast and lunch here several times per week for the past two years. The manager is consistently rude and off-putting. Their chicken is consistently dry and over-cooked. They consistently have issues with the FAST in fast-food, and have to wait 5+ minutes in their side-lot for a simple burger combo meal. This morning I had their manager scolding me because they've incorrectly sold me a 2-for-$5 biscuit instead of charging me menu price, as if it's my fault I don't know their stores rules.
Idk what happened to some of these people on their Hardee's visit but we have never been treated so well at most fast food places but that morning crew and Kayla the manager are always so pleasant to see in the morning. Thank you

Kayla the manager is such an amazing person and always makes sure I have everything I need. And also can Hardee's please bring back the garlic Parmesan burger and garlic fries lol.
