Drove from Greenville after seeing a video on TicTok. Well worth the drive. I had the squatch burger with fries and my husband had the Bacon me crazy burger. Both were delicious. Very juicy and favorable. Fries were cooked perfect. The service was outstanding with a feeling of home atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

You all should head over to this place. Not only are they versatile in cuisine but they are especially kind to everyone! We appreciate the tasty food, kind service and cozy atmosphere. Just the place you want to stop by in this great fall season! My son and I will be returning often for their pizza as it is our favorite thing to eat together & they were gracious enough to allow us to enjoy our moment together with laughter!

We’ve been coming to ShugaBears for a while now. Service is top notch, one of the main reasons we frequent this restaurant. The young lady who works during the day is the best server we’ve ever had. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She runs the front of the house by herself. We came in one day and she wasn’t there, whole place was struggling so we left. The food is always great! Excellent sandwiches and burgers. The sweets however can be underwhelming. Cheesecake is overly priced and not always fresh. Pastries are nothing great. They do have frequent specials but seem to bounce all over the place from soup, to prime rib, to rice bowls. Little pricey now that drinks aren’t included but overall worth the quality.

For the price and a 4.6 rating, we expected better. The burgers had no flavor. The only thing with flavor was the cheese and the ranch dressing for my fries. The rest was bland. At least give me a quality bun for that price. To pay over $50 for two of us, we were disappointed. Not that it bothers us, but the vulgar language coming from the kitchen, was definitely offensive to the table behind us. Some of the sanitary habits made me question other habits. I'm not a germaphobe or anything, but hair hanging down into ice cream buckets and playing with chocolate bottles, waving them in other employees faces, don't seem very sanitary.

My dad and I tried Sugga Bear and really enjoyed it! He’s a hamburger lover and was happy. they even did a lettuce wrap option for me 🍔🥬. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the service was great. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but honestly that’s everywhere right now and the quality made it worth it. We’ll definitely be back!
