I've only been 3 times but each time the staff can't be bothered to speak to me when I enter or to even ask what I want. The dude just stares at me until I order. He never gives me extra bacon but he charges me for it. The staff clearly doesn't want to be there and you can tell. I will not be going back to this location. Subpar everything.

If there is a worse subway location it has to be closed by now. DO NOT use the app to order as evidently reading your order and making your sandwich is too difficult. They need you there watching and directing their every move. Last time for me. Won't be back.

The Outlaw footlong was excellent. They toasted the sandwich just right. If there's one change I would make, it's that I wish they could cook the green peppers and onions into the steak. Overall great sandwich.

This was a great place to visit and eat with pleasant employees, but in the last year has completely went down hill. The last four orders were made incorrectly. Employees extremely slow and not knowledgeable about sandwich ingredients. Very disappointing to pick up order and get home to find a footlong sub club with one slice of each meat and no cheese. I would assume poor management and no training for employees.

Place needs a sense of urgency they take waaaaay too long to make a simple sandwich, we waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Also it is against the the servsafe evalutaion for people working in the fast food industry to have fake nails on and the worker preparing my food had them on. Also he wrapped my food, unwrapped it, did something to it I couldn't make out, and wrapped it back up

I ordered a foot long sandwich at the drive through. When I pulled up to the window, there was nobody (employees or customers) inside. I waited a couple mins and a woman appeared and started to work on my order. Another employee came out from the back and the two proceeded joke around (and worked very slowly on my order). As I watched, I saw the lady making the sandwich not add the vegetables or dressing I ordered. She package up the sandwich and finally came to the window to tell me it was $18. I asked if she had added the items I saw she didn’t add. She said no and closed the window. She proceeded to add them (slowly). Another employee came to the window and told me it was $18. I gave him the money, he handed me the bag - I asked if the chips were in there, nope!

Before I left, I was polite in highlighting the experience. He was clearly disinterested in hearing anything. I actually said that ‘you’re disinterested aren’t you?’ His response was “I’m just trying to do what I can.”

In the end, I was the only customer there. I ordered 1 very basic sandwich. It took a total of 15 mins to get the sandwich made, and the bread was stale or dried out as it crumbed all over the place.

AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!! Whoever owns this Subway must hate money. The entire crew was incompetent and slow. People in the drive through sat there for so long I watched them start banging on the drive through window angrily. They were parked in the drive through for at least an hour without service.

Food was ordered online and I showed up when it said it was done online. I had to wait 15 mins for half my sandwich to be put on the shelf while one employee kept sighing loudly over any order that came in, saying "just make food at home people." When I told him that it was only half the sandwich he sighed made 2 other orders then made the other half of the sandwich. I get home to see the saddest, no asked for toppings, no sauce, cold meatball sub

Crew is beyond stupid, at least the guy l talked with. First time and last time there, I'll drive to Seneca where they at least they know what comes on a sub you order.Ordered a Turkey Cali Fresh Sub. Drove home and found no avocados on sandwich which clearly states on menu it comes with them.Called and was told to bring it back and they'll put avocados on it. So after a half hour drive home I'm told to bring it back so they can put the avocados they forgot to put on it on a sub that is now over an hour old. I guess Eat Fresh is now a suggestion instead of their motto.

Mayonnaise does not go on a pizza sub and I most definitely didn't say to add it. I don't know why this is a continuous problem for this place.
