I'm hesitant to do this review, but I decided it's worth noting. I placed my first order here using the online option. That actually saved me time as I was on my way to work. Normally in the past, when I get Subway, I go inside and tell them what to ad, and this is the thing, when there is enough to stop adding mayonnaise or mustard. THIS is my complaint, on the online order I requested extra mayonnaise and mustard. I would think this is not a problem, but...when I got to work to have my sub, there was so much mayonnaise and mustard, it was like sitting in a bag of the stuff. The stuff was sooo much, the paper was stuck to the sub and no matter what I tried, I had that mess completely covering my hands, running down my arm, and dripping on the floor. I'd take a bite and it would squirt out on the desk. This affected the taste of the entire sub. So i guess my complaint is extra does not mean running out the sandwich on to the floor.

Me and my girlfriend regularly order from this location, either take out in store or delivery. Everything was fine until we made the mistake of coming at 7:30 tonight. I ALWAYS get the american club, and it always is made how we ask. I've never said american club and not gotten it. The girl with the very ugly attitude, pretty sure her name was Chloe but im not sure, decided to not only be rude, she also did not listen multiple times when she was told american club, and gave me the wrong sandwich. Anyone wanting the right food should definitely avoid this restaurant at this time and I definitely won't be back for a while, and I will not order food if I see that girl working again. The teenagers at McDonalds work better and have better attitudes than her.

Went through drive thru had sub made could watch being made only customer there. Then other people came in and girl started making their orders. I honked at window and questioned why I cant have my food. Well I have other customers now. Wth?

Absolutely disgusting. Tomatoes were nothing but mush, meat was all in pieces, lettuce was brown, olives frozen, and spinach leaves were slimy and mushy. The service was awful. I gave 1 star for everything, but it actually deserves no star at all.

I wish I could just come here, pay for my food, and actually get what I ordered. Unfortunately, I regret it every single time I place an order at this Subway.

The bread is almost always stale, the food is often given to the wrong person, and the sandwiches are NEVER made correctly unless you stand there and micromanage every step. It happens literally every single time.

I usually don’t make a big deal out of it, but tonight my order was handed to the wrong people (thankfully they were coming back to my house anyway). On top of that, two of the three sandwiches weren’t even touched because of stale bread and being made incorrectly and we didn’t get any of the cookies we had ordered. They blamed this all on first shift.

I know this review probably won’t matter to the store, but I won’t be back. From now on, I’ll drive right past this location and all the way to Seneca instead.

Thank you for ruining our dinner once again.

Please clean house or take the time to retrain your staff. From your most recent reviews, it is very clear that this happens often. So there is clearly a problem here.

Service is ridiculously slow. Had to wait behind a truck in drive thru fir 20mins just for one sub. When I pulled up, they dont even have my one Simple order ready. I pulled in at 12 pm and left at 12:35pm. Unexceptable!!!

This is my go to place but lately their store manager is in a ill mood towards her customers when ask to fix something and takes it out on her customers. I've heard her cuss multiple times and she consistently talking to someone on the phone. I love subway but I don't love her customer service!!!!

Been coming here for years but it has went downhill every time I go the bread is stale and crunchy and the last few times I've got the All-American club they forget to put bacon on it I expect more from our Subway in Walhalla they have become a disappointment on top of that it's not being managed well

Very disappointed! I ordered a Subway Club with provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, pickles, black olives. I get home and this is what my sandwich looks like. NO CHEESE, NO SPINACH, NO TOMATO, jut packed full of pickle and black olives, and a sloppy mess. I tried to call but there was never an answer. There were 4 employees working that I saw. I ordered online at 7:05 pm just to arrive at 7:25 to be told the order just came in and it would be about 10 more minutes. I finally got my order at 7:35.
