Both of my sandwiches, which were supposed to have been roasted were not. I ordered extra sauce, I hardly got the amount one would consider normal. I know this being an employee of a subway in the past. Subway needs to step up It’s employee training. Also, there was only one young female working the floor at night by herself, I don’t know if that is Subway trying to save money, but it just seems like that could be dangerous.

We went in on March 20, 2024 and received the rudest and just most unbelievable service I have ever had. I work in the industry so I get late customers and the frustrations but never in my life have I ever experienced this before. We walked in and girl starts slamming the metal containers. It was late but it wasn’t right at close we still had like 25 mins and plus subway is fast food. We just wanted some food to go. It’s not like we was wanting to sit eat and hang out there. Said girl I think her name tag read Sam just won’t stop. She is blowing and grunting and keeps staring at us like we just needed to leave and if their would have been another option close by we would have. She was the one that dressed the sandwiches and when it came to that time she barley put anything on them when we asked. She was so aggravated when going to wrap my sons sandwich she karate chops it with her hand and barely wraps the paper around it. My son told me to just let it go it’s fine so I wouldn’t t say anything. Well when it came to my dads sandwich she didn’t even get the paper all the way around it so at this point I had to say something. I apologized for us being there later than normal but I would really appreciate if she could wrap my dads sandwich so it’s at least covered before it goes in the bag. No one ever apologized for her behavior or anything. I just can’t believe subway allows this behavior.

Can only order through touchscreen that is a piece of junk. Glass is cracked and you must repeatedly press hard to work. Service is slow.

Worked at this subway for one day, the staff was absolutely horrible. They made me work the front of the store by myself. Tried getting food today and I ordered a 6 inch sub but they didn’t even give me the full half. Absolutely horrible and the workers are extremely underpaid.

Terrible. Ordered online. Arrived late and still no food. It seems they don't know how to incorporate online orders in with drive thru and people in line. Online orders seem to be pushed to last priority. Finally got my online order at 7:25 that was supposed to be ready at 7:00.

Quita's Corner

The bread is old. They don't sell a good product at the Subway in West Union. I usually will drive, 15 minutes out of my way to Seneca Subway, but I was being lazy and gave West Union Subway another chance and like always their bread is old,dry, and hard.

Tried to order some food, and pay with a gift card and they had no clue how to use a gift card with just using the gift card number and pin. Crazy don't go there Manger is rude. Had to leave the food we order bc they couldn't do the gift card. Real pathetic ?

Ordered 2 foot long subs and a lg. Coke. Toppings were reversed on the subs. Had to drive back for new subs. Everything on the receipt was correct. Pay attention!!! Oh the coke was correct.
