Went there to order food and they were out of fries and buns for the sandwiches it was a disaster

They got my order absolutely perfect. Hot chicken and fries and in less than a minute I had an amazing meal. 10/10 will be coming back

Service was less than acceptable.
Dining are was nasty, and tables were not clean.
I ordered the #3 stripes and wings.
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the of response fron the cashier named Nina, and others on there phones, and kidding and cutting up behind the counter ?.
My wife and I waited on the food for no less than 15 minutes, and there was no others in the dining area, guess I know why now....
Most likely this is because of the lack of food service knowledge that these kids have who work at this establishment.
Very disappointed in this dining experience!

Girl that took order was too busy socializing either with crew or on phone. Couldn’t answer a question without knowing if it was dine in or not. Receipt didn’t print and clueless how to print another. Dining room absolutely dirty. No napkins and one drink machine out of every choice. Not normally this bad here

Average. Food decent but hasn’t been over the top. Something is usually forgotten & cups of slaw are small- cup of ketchup type small. Every time I ask for extra seasoning on fries it’s never on them. I tried the teriyaki flavor recently on wings & it just didn’t have the expected flavor. My recent order of Cobb Zalad with extras was good. They seemed to have stopped putting any celery or carrots in the wings/things.
I miss my Zaxby’s in Columbia. This location is decent so far. I haven’t had the extreme negative experiences yet that others have had. However, there is room for improvement. It starts with the quality of workers and their level of care or don’t care as well as customer service. That would improve the wait times, the quality of food being served as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Ordered wings and things (4/28)I don’t see it being worth $17 & they forgot the slaw. My order seems to never be 100% correct. I give up.

Ordered 2 Cobb zalads. Got one. Apparently the person taking the order thought I said tacos instead of salad. (I’d ordered 2 tacos also.) Didn’t catch it before leaving. This is the zalad. I ended up going back & just getting refund.

My friend's order was wrong. They were out of salt, ketchup and ranch dressing. The dining room looked like it had not been cleaned in days. The workers were more concerned with their gossip. Very disappointed

I came through the drive thru and the young people working were literally only taking one order at a time and completely finishing that order before even taking the next one. I sat in the line way longer than I should have. I ordered the kicken chicken meal and they served me toasted loaf bread not Texas toast which was disgusting. It didn’t even taste right. I also asked for an extra cup of ranch at the end and the girl acknowledged me and didn’t put it in there purposely. Zaxbys has become a shamble these days. If I want to eat here again I’m only ordering chicken tenders and I guess I will have to demand sauce cups and refuse to leave the drive thru until they give them to me.

Extra-long wait time despite only three people waiting in the lobby and a few cars in the Drive-Thru, they didn't get my free taco, Didn't slice up the hard-boiled egg in the salad and no extra cucumber like I asked, the top of the bun on my wife's sandwich was covered in sauce as well as the kids meal boxes. The only saving redeeming Grace was the one lady that offered some chicken strips as a substitute. You can tell no one wants to be there and it reflects in the service. It's a Zaxby's so the food was as good as that. It'll be a while before I consider (if ever) going back.

16 minute wait time for a grilled chicken salad, too many Chiefs and not enough indians... Bunch of High-school kids are ruining your business..The girl at the counter actually tried to pacify me by asking if I wanted a cookie... I'm retired at 45 and have far too much money to waste it here again... Lost another customer

Ordered wings and things. Didn’t get the slice of bread it comes with, and they forgot the fries. I’ve been here a handful of times, almost always something is missing.
