Woke up today with a taste for some fried fish and fries. So what better place to call then Bells Seafood right? Wrong! I called Bells and the lady who answered the phone sounded to be in a sour mood. I asked her how she was doing and she said “fine”! I went on to ask her if she had any fresh whiting filets, she said yes she has some but they are frozen. My mom then asked if she had any fresh whole whiting. She said she has a few on the table and the rest were frozen. We live about 25 minutes away so we just wanted to make sure they had what we wanted but I guess we were asking too many questions. When we asked if the fish was small she responded “all I can tell you is you have to come look”! I guess she didn’t want to be bothered. I am an understanding and reasonable person but she was very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

Food is decent but customer service Angie I think was her name was very rude smelt like alcohol and honestly looked like she hadn't washed or changed her clothes in a few days
