Came all the way from North Carolina to visit my parents and we was in walterboro for a doctor's appointment and we heard about this place so we stopped by food was excellent and the host Teresa was wonderful want great seafood this is the place and the portion size is out of this world I'm still full we will be back

Out of town traveling home and stopped based off of reviews. Do NOT judge a book by the cover as driving by the exterior you may say ehhh, but the food was delicious. 4 on service just based on timelines of seating us (6 open booths) and attention to refills. Shrimp was fried perfect as was okra. Hush puppies were slightly over fried but edible. Still would eat here again.

I was visiting Hampton, SC and came here for a friend’s birthday dinner. The atmosphere had a nice, laid-back vibe and our waitress was a pleasant young lady who provided friendly service. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Nothing tasted freshly made, it seemed as though everything had been reheated before being served.

The mac and cheese lacked flavor, the cabbage had a slight sweetness but nothing memorable, and the turkey wing was greasy with dried gravy. I even mentioned to our server that it was my first time dining here, which I hoped would encourage some effort from the kitchen to make a good impression, but that did not happen.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and I personally would not return. Spent $121.23 total and tipped the waiter.

Have eaten here twice. Second time was take out. Chef salad is amazing. My husband loves the fried shrimp. My sister and I tried the oxtails today, first time either of us ate oxtails. It reminded me of our grandmother's roast...slow cooked and well seasoned. Our new go to place in Walterboro.

Fried pork chops were delicious, along with the mac and cheese, corn bread and the shrimp. If you like southern soul food I would definitely recommend here!

First & last time visiting. I got charged and never got what I asked for. This was a big let down. Crabs were just shells. Horrible experience.

Waited 30-45 minutes for food to come. We didn’t receive any refills on our drinks. So for those
two reasons no I did not leave a tip. But the waitress decided she would tip herself a $10 tip. When I called to complain I was told to dispute it.
