Pulled off the interstate during a 16 hour drive and chose Burger King for speed. We sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone even taking our order (we tried to say hello several times) so we decided to go inside to order. It was 8:00 and the door was locked. There was only two other cars in line so it’s not like they were busy. So we wasted 20 minutes and left without food. Obviously, the employees and management are totally disorganized and need to have further training.

Waited 15 minutes for the meal to be made after paying. When asking what was going on the guy said he made it already and it was obvious he did not since it was still on the to-do screen blinking. Bad attitude and never got food. Place was not busy. This was later in the evening

Walked inside around 9:30 pm. On my way back to Charleston. Self order system was disconnected on both sides. Stood at cash register for ten minutes. No one approached me. Positive at least one employee saw me. No sign inside or out saying drive through only. Decided to go to restroom before attempting drive through. No toilet paper, urine all over seats, paper towels all over the floor. Ended up leaving disgusted. Very disappointed. Hadn’t been to Burger King for a while. Don’t have one near my home. Used to really like the burgers. After this experience, will not go out of my way to visit another. Found another place nearby.

The employees in the back were screaming at each other so loud that the cashier could not even hear us order. They were upset about something And were fussing at each other. We almost left cause one lady was just horrible to the other lady she was so unprofessional.

The wait to order your food at the speaker is crazy. They take 1 order at a time in drive thru( they will take an order and won't take another one til that car is out of the drive thru)

Put it this way we got here at 10:45 pm it is now 10:57 pm we are in the drive through and have only moved up one car length and there are still 2 cars in front of us. If you are trying to get somewhere fast then do NOT stop here. The only reason I am still waiting is because I ordered through the mobile app and have already paid. Funny thing is on my mobile app it says I already picked it up at 10:48 pm which would have been when I pulled to the speaker box. So the people working here obviously are trying to make it seem they are doing a good fast job when they are definitely NOT!!! Very displeased!!! Not 11:03 pm still no food.
