Traveling and everyone wanted Burger King, set this one in our GPS and got here and the lobby was closed and it was Cash Only.

Cashier has ZERO customer service capacity. She obviously needs to be trained on how to ring in an order and not DOUBLE charge someone and then shrug and pretty much say oh well then stare at me with a stupid look on her face. Food was also horrible on top of costing double. Cold and unedible fries. Awesome.

Went to burger king since the cookout employees next door were ignoring us in the drive thru line. This place took absolutely forever and people were just leaving instead of ordering just like next door. So disappointing.

From out of state and we stopped for food, and we asked for no bun on my son’s burger and they told me they couldn’t do that because they had nothing to put it in? Like what does that even mean. What are you putting the rest of your food in?

Not a big fan anymore you get lost You pay more and the burgers don't look anything like the picture It doesn't like the good old days and at least here in Walterboro You only got the one and you don't exactly get the greatest employee so if it was to me I would go to cookout over Burger King any day They got better attitudes and for what you pay You get more food more bang for the bath was a better attitude and their Christian based company and the price for what you get beats Burger King buy a landmark and the burger is a lot better Burger King used to be the place to go and Wendy's but out of all the fast food places when it comes to burgers I have to say cook out how's the best for the price and the quality and the people overall You get the best quality in what you're eating at cookout versus Burger King or any of the other burger restaurant around for fast food so Burger King please step up your game give a little bit more and a better price when I went there it shock me that I had to pay 30 something dollars for three chicken sandwiches and for junior burgers that really blew my mind I could have gotten a lot more at cookout with a better attitude and more me and the way I want it without paying an arm and a leg

The Whopper, as you call it, was quite nice, I like it with no onions, and I must say it truly satisfied my tingling taste buds, the lettuce and tomatoes sliding around like they were on ice took away from the experience a little. But the burger cooked well, just added to such a completely and utterly delightful experience. I would recommend to any weary travelers in the middle of the next quest or adventure. But beware your meal may be messy but it will be good!

It was about 10:45 am, the breakfast menu was still on display but we were told they quit serving breakfast at 10:30 but the sign changes automatically at 11:00am.
While we are waiting for our food we noticed how dirty the floors were, then the soda dispense area, then the tables, oh yeah they were out of all of their soda, accept coke, hi-c and cherry coke, so out of 11 drinks, 8 were not available.
As we were noticing the mess in the completely empty restaurant, we heard very vulgar rap music over the speaker system, it was so bad our 11 year old son asked to wait outside.
We decided to take our meal on the road because it was so nasty in there.
When we got our food we were never told thank you, we weren’t told thank you when they took our money either.
In the car our burgers were cold, yuck ( didn’t expect that since they just started lunch)
Over all a horrible experience, Burger King would be ashamed of your representation of their product, and business!
Makes me wonder how bad it is when they are busy, we were the only ones in there.

Came through the drive through they made me wait 5 min to tell me they wouldn't sell me breakfast at 10:26 am had you served me when I pulled up I could have got breakfast but bc they wanted to move into lunch that's cool I won't be coming back for breakfast or lunch or dinner stank people can't bring in customers bk already struggling they definitely going to go out of business soon.
