burger king texas double whopper is nothing but a disappointment it's exactly like the whopper doesn't even have bacon It's exactly like the whopper exactly unless the employees ripped me off which wouldn't be a surprise

Could not be much slower and you may just get an $8 bacon cheese burger that looks like a junior kids burger at Wendy's (see one on the right). Just awful

I had a good experience. A lady wiped all the tables and the service was timely and friendly. Food quality was as it should be at BK.

We ordered 4 combo meals and waited approximately 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the order was never completed, and we left without receiving our food or a refund. This was a very disappointing experience and reflects poor customer service

Ordered takeout at the establishment. The service was fine but the burger was cold. It was like it came out of the refrigerator. Extremely disappointed in the experience.

Doors were locked even though there was patrons inside. No sign saying lobby closed so in trying to get employees attention to see if we could come inside the young (lady if I can call her that) the middle finger multiple times through the door window and sticking out her tongue. We are seniors and don’t appreciate being treated that way. Very very rude.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Employees arguing with each other and using profanity in front of my child and other customers. The store is absolutely filthy. Staff couldn’t be more rude when you ask for a tray to dine in and they still put it in a take out bag. I get it’s a minimum wage job. But maybe hire some folks with common decency, and consideration for paying customers’ experience.

The ladies bathroom had one stall closed, the handicapped stall had no toilet paper. Ther was a big pile of wet paper towels in the corner of the stall. Several of the drinks were not working. As we were leaving they posted a lobby closed sign. We both ordered whoppers,
Too much mayo on mine and too must mustard on the other. Not what we expect from BK

Bathroom smells like a barn when I went to use it. The smell was so bad my wife and I were gagging it was like walking into a sewage tank. 🤢
However the food is always good and the customer service is super friendly the bathrooms were the only thing throwing me off.

Door dash customer food was cold and sitting when I went in there and they passed it off with no problem. Needless to say, customer wasn't happy.

Pulled off the interstate during a 16 hour drive and chose Burger King for speed. We sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone even taking our order (we tried to say hello several times) so we decided to go inside to order. It was 8:00 and the door was locked. There was only two other cars in line so it’s not like they were busy. So we wasted 20 minutes and left without food. Obviously, the employees and management are totally disorganized and need to have further training.
