This location does not take cash. Everything is a card transaction. If you want to patronize Captain D’s and you do not have a debit card or credit card you’ll be out of luck. I wonder how much revenue that this place is losing. I can tell you the place was empty. Three people were just sitting around in the lobby getting paid. At least McDonald’s down the block takes cash payment and also debit card credit card too.

The nastiest place I have ever been in. Drink machine had a broken ice dispenser COVERED IN ALGAE AND MOLD. Walls, tables, seats were filthy. Menu boards blinking in disrepair. Sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Broken door locks. 2 piece fish was the best thing and it was soggy. Fries were cold and old. Macaroni and cheese was cold. Both meals were thrown away half eaten and walked out feeling like we needed a bath. Im not usually this harsh but this place was SO GROSS. Avoid.

OMG!!! Wanted to try the new Butter Garlic Shrimp with fish for 5.99. Was THE WORST takeout meal I've ever had. If you want to be unhappy, order this. If you want to be happy and enjoy a good meal...keep driving

Waited 35 minutes for a order. Then they didn't even realize the order was done. I had to go back up to the window and ask when I asked the girl behind the counter when my order would be done she just kept walking and said I don't know. Another customer had waited 40 minutes for an order he placed online. Worst customer service ever. Will definitely not be coming back

We have been living in Walterboro for about 2 1/2 years and have been scared to visit local restaurants due to the poor comments people say about the establishments here. Well, let me tell you this tonight we tried Captain D’s and it was the best fish dinner we have had in a very long time. We will definitely be back. They were very busy, but everything was perfect.

Will not go back. Ordered 1 sampler plate and two orders of tenders...sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes. Girl at drive thru had food all over her face when she handed us our bag. Spent $30...food was horrible..didn't even finish it. Don't waste your time or money here.

This restaurant is always out of something. Today no ice, no hushpuppies, We were in this restaurant this past Sunday after church waited 45 mins for our meal. The counter person does not bother to tell you until the meal comes. Why our these employees not required to wear at least a captain Ds shirt and just whatever including hoodie they want to wear? Someone really needs to take a look at this restaurant.
