Customer service was excellent! I was not pleased with the revamping of the menu selections (ex. making okra a premium side). Captain Ds is getting a bit expensive considering the fact that it's frozen seafood and considered fast food!

5:56pm on Sunday, we're told drive thru only...this is the 2nd time we've tried to come in and eat on a Sunday, and could not enter the building to enjoy our meal...
The food and service was very good but the bathrooms were in terrible shape. Almost made me lose my lunch when I went in the bathroom and there wasn’t any soap in there. Made me wonder how the workers who made/served my food washed their hands after using the bathroom. No paper towels either. My husband used the men’s room and he almost lost his meal because of the mess not only on the toilet but also the urinal. Upkeep of the bathroom and s supplied bathroom is of great importance.

My spouse and I ordered our food through the drive-thru on February 18, 2024, approximately at 1:30. We ordered the family feast with two additional items. Foolishly, we did not check the order before returning to the interstate. Three miles out, we realized that the crab cakes, shrimp, and additional fish were not placed in our bag. I exited off the nearest exit and returned to the store to retrieve our items; however, we were greeted by the most unprofessional and irate manager, who was very disrespectful. Luckily, my spouse is a peaceful man, and he exited after being thrown the incorrect amount of items in a tray and told that we should have “never received the military discount!”Please properly train your manager as clearly she lacks professionalism and proper communication skills. We have no desire to lie about fish and other food items. I don't understand when it became irrational to receive the items that an individual purchased.
Hubby wanted seafood tonight and he made a great choice by suggesting Captain D’s. He ordered his usual Deluxe Captain’s platter and I decided to try the grilled white fish. Both were delicious. Friendly service and ready when promised. Thumbs up to our hometown restaurant.

Food used to be really good and fresh. Last 2 times I went, fries were cold n soggy and the fish was dry and over cooked like it had sat for awhile then got tossed back in the fryer to heat up. (Yes we can tell)
