We did a drive through as on a tight schedule. Ordered 2 burgers, one with mustard and one with mayo. The mustard burger was delivered as a cheeseburger and there was so much mayo and mustard on the burger it was inedible. I am not exaggerating there was enough sauce for 6 burgers. I would have called the restaurant if there was a phone number..I am certain the manager would not want to waste money like this.

Came here while on vacation from Florida because we had another location a few years ago, and let me tell you the lady at the window at 11:50pm Friday October 24 2025 NEEDS AND ATTITUDE CHECK. So rude so disrespectful me clearly not happy with her job. She was so rude me and my wife and kids didn’t even want the food, we left. We went over to fat jacks and were so glad we did! When now know to NEVER support cookout while on vacation and I wouldn’t recommend yall too! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND!

Stopped there Sunday Oct 19 2025. Waited behind people in line for 20 minutes. No one ever came to the walk-up window. There was one car in the drive-thru when we got there and they handled 1 or 2 more while we waited. We were pulling a trailer so we couldn't use the drive-thru. We gave up and left as did the people ahead of and behind us.
If you are traveling you should know there is no restroom here, which is probably why there is human feces in the parking lot and it wreaks of urine... might be the dozen or so cats that seem to live there, but cats usually don't make giant poop in the parking lot.
After seeing all that nastiness it's probably a good thing we didn't eat there.
