We were traveling back home and wanted cookout. So we went through the drive thru and we had to wait for like 10 mins. No one came to the speaker or nothing. So I left. When I drove through they were all just standing there. This was at 11:15am and it said they were open. This is the first time I have been treated like this.

It was ok. The sides were better than the mainstream. The onion rings and hush puppies were great. I wouldn't get the burger again. It was cheap.
My child has been sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Not acceptable.

This place advertises for 60 miles on interstate 95. When you finally get to the exit and arrive at Cookout, it’s DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. I asked about a restroom and the cashier told me to go next door to the Burger King, I feel like drive through only, with zero places to sit, no restrooms is a horrible business model for a place that advertises for 60 miles on interstate 95. I was very disappointed. After traveling so far on the interstate, travelers need a place to get out of their car, a restroom to wash hands, etc. Be warned and do not stop here if you are traveling in the interstate.

Had to saw it exceeded my expectations. Burger was well prepared and the milkshake was just amazing!!
Only thing I wasn’t expecting is it’s only a drive thru or takeout place; no seatings. But they had plenty of parking space for you to enjoy your meal in the car if eating and driving is not your preference.

Chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, onion rings and a BBQ sandwich no slaw add mayo and hot sauce
This is by far the worst cookout I have been to. There was minimal BBQ in my sandwich, the corn dog was almost burnt and they gave me the wrong shake. They also didn't ask if i needed anything else or give napkins. Cookouts are always busy and this one was no different but the service was awful.

Double thumbs down. Almost all of the food we got was inedible, just threw it all away. Cajun fries were soggy, bbq mystery meat had hot sauce all over it, chicken nuggets were spongy and gross, chicken strips were cold in the middle and mostly breading, Walking taco was purely disgusting. 10/10 would not recommend.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was pretty good. My girlfriend ordered the chicken strips 3 pieces, and they were way overcooked and hard as a rock. If we weren't traveling and in a hurry we would have gone back.
