By far the worst cookout I've been to, customer service was terrible. Gave me cold and old food, no bag for my food. Wrong items and missing items I ordered, charged me for things I didn't receive, could not have been any worse

Fast service, food was good with the exception of the burnt chicken nuggets.
Ordered 4 cheeseburger quesadillas and this is what all 4 of them looked like inside. About a tablespoon of meat and tablespoon of cheese. I've had this same meal at other Cookouts so I know this is not how this is supposed to be served. Service was fast at this location but they have really disappointing food.

This was our first time. Not exactly overly impressed..Drive thru lines long. Seemed as though the right side was moving quicker. Asked for a receipt and was given the wrong one.Food was fairly good if you like cold soggy fries and burgers smaller than the bun.Communication at speaker was difficult. Not very organized for food delivery over lunch time and no napkins at all.Wished we would've seen reviews before we stopped.And to the owner--Shame on you for copying and pasting the same answer to everyone. Instead of taking ownership of your poorly functioning restaurant, you just defer everyone to call the company number listed on bags. As one who has worked in food service, your store is pathetic and you should not have a job anymore.

Fresh BBQ burgers hotdogs and bomb shakes! Banana pudding even has vanilla wafers in it. The orange push pop shake!! oh yes!!!! Such a deal
I love their shakes and food but make sure it is right you may have to go thru a few times if make a special order

I was disappointed to realize their milkshake machine was not working thus I could not order a milkshake. My chicken sandwich was burnt, and my friends cheese quesadilla order was messed up. The fries and onion rings were average. The worker that took my order was friendly, however the consistency of the food needs to be fixed.

Stopped here after charging my EV at the Supercharger up the road for a quick bite on the run. Its a cookout. Food was good, the area, a tad sketchy.
