Enjoyed lunch today at this Cracker Barrel location. Everything was fresh and served promptly. The hot lattes were delicious,great pick me up!!!
Amazing experience with food and staff - enjoyed the cheese bites and the butter pecan sticky buns - exceptional service with the retail staff as well

Not my best experience at a Cracker Barrel. My daughter got the kids egg breakfast and this is all she got. Had to ask a few times for the rest of it. The waitress was nice but the food was slow to come out.

Only about 6 tables have people at them. Yet service is slow. It's been 10 minutes and I haven't been asked about drinks. Looking around, nobody has their food. The staff is adequate, I see them talking to each other. There's even extra staff taking notes on the product in the store. Just a poorly run store. Manager should be fired.
Service was amazing. Food was hot and delicious. Chedney did a amazing job. Came back to see if we needed anything. Always a great time.

After we ordered, the waitress came back and said that they were out of my entree. So I ordered something else. They were out of that, too. So I just ordered 4 sides. Then she came back and said that they were out of one of those, too. One of my sides, baby carrots, weren’t completely cooked and were totally dried out.

The food at Cracker Barrel has gone downhill. It didn't use to be like that but in the last several years it has changed. We travel quite a bit and it doesn't matter what state I am in the food is not great. We are vegetarians and enjoyed the side dishes. You can't even get a veggie omelet now. Instead of updating the restaurants JUST FIX THE FOOD!! We love the southern atmosphere of the restaurant... DON'TCHANGE THAT!...the Cracker Barrel sign is fine the way it is...it will cost a fortune to change those signs LEAVE THEM ALONE...JUST FIX THE FOOD and Cracker Barrel will survive! And whatever you do, DO NOT STOP PLAYING THE COUNTRY MUSIC!!!! whomever is making these decisions for Cracker Barrel to update it.....I am telling you leave the restaurant alone WORK ON THE FOOD!

We used to eat there a lot too much honestly since we're only a mile down the road. But since covid I dont care if there is only 3 cars in the lot its a 40 minute wait. You can see lots of empty tables in the dining room. Last time we "tried" we were told 10-20 minutes. So we waited. We browsed the store before going outside to wait. After about 30 minutes my wife went in to check and was told no our wait time has been 40 minutes all evening. So my wife said well we have already been waiting 30 minutes to which she was told we were not even on the list and would have to start the wait now. It's honestly been like this since covid. They blame it on staffing. We have only been able to eat there twice since covid. What a shame. Maybe changing the logo will fix it.
Waitress was great. The rest not so much. Food wasn’t good cold as can be. Almost room temperature. Burnt bread old tamotoes and dry cucumbers in the wilted salad. Just never again
Our waitress, Ashley, was wonderful! So attentive and so friendly. A real assest to your restaurant.
