Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Bad service, asked for a coke refill, was give after the waitress gave us the bill. There was no bread, no ketchup, etc. etc. This one has been the worst Cracker Barrell I've ever visited.

Stopped here with the family on my way back to North Carolina from Florida. Figured we would sit down and eat a meal since everything off the highway was fast food. Let's just say....I should have just went to Wendy's instead. Service was bad. Food was even worse. I can't believe people eat this stuff. It's like hospital food. 🤢

Very meh meal. I think the rice came straight out of the freezer and reheated in the microwave, grains were hard. Service was good but slow.

This is hands down the BEST Crackerbarrel I have ever been to. My husband and I are traveling back home to Ohio from Florida, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stop. The cashier was super friendly and courteous, and our waitress, Shakiecha, provided top notch service. She was friendly, attentive, and kind. The food was cooked perfectly. My steak was exactly the temperature I asked for, and my husband's grilled catfish was tender and hot. I would give you all 10 stars, if I could. Thanks so much for the warm welcome!

My son and I order the southern fried chicken. The pieces were small as if they came from a young chicken. The batter on the outside was very dark and tasted as if the grease needed changing. My wife ordered a cheeseburger plain with just BBQ sauce. It came out with comeback sauce also which she omitted. The waitress, Adrianna, was great at hearing the complaint and fixed it in a timely fashion!

Enjoyed lunch today at this Cracker Barrel location. Everything was fresh and served promptly. The hot lattes were delicious,great pick me up!!!

Amazing experience with food and staff - enjoyed the cheese bites and the butter pecan sticky buns - exceptional service with the retail staff as well

Not my best experience at a Cracker Barrel. My daughter got the kids egg breakfast and this is all she got. Had to ask a few times for the rest of it. The waitress was nice but the food was slow to come out.

Only about 6 tables have people at them. Yet service is slow. It's been 10 minutes and I haven't been asked about drinks. Looking around, nobody has their food. The staff is adequate, I see them talking to each other. There's even extra staff taking notes on the product in the store. Just a poorly run store. Manager should be fired.

Service was amazing. Food was hot and delicious. Chedney did a amazing job. Came back to see if we needed anything. Always a great time.
