The chicken tenders were undercooked, the mashed potatoes were cold and the service was slow. Poorly managed.

We waited for 45 minutes to get a table and then over an hour to get our food.

Something for everyone. Update: I like the food but management is horrible. It does not matter if the place is almost empty you will still have to wait for a table.

Pleasant waitress, although very portion controlled meals, and no oatmeal on the menu?, one of the most commonly known breakfast meals in America and it's not available at Cracker Barrel Restaurant..lol.. just WOW!

Waitress wearing a mask so we couldn't understand her. Only one coffee refill and brought bill at same time. No offer of coffee to go. Women's bathroom wasn't real clean. Had to stir our coffee with our forks, then had no spoon for gravy either. We were disappointed.

Walked in at 2:00 on a Sunday, maybe 20 cars in the parking lot, over half the restaurant was empty. Stood at the host stand for 10 minutes while the manager and 3 employees stood at the counter laughing and talking. Once the manager noticed us and the line behind us, she couldn’t find her hostess, who she looked for instead of taking our names. Then proceeded to tell us it was a 30 min wait, AFTER waiting 10 just to hear that. Walked out, I will never be back to this location. Horrible customer service.

Sunday at 2pm, four people (including a manager) standing behind the counter but a line of at least four families at the host stand. Manager had no idea what was going on, where the hostess was. Parking lot was empty, restaurant was empty. Told us it was going to be at least a 30 minute wait for 2 people. Absolutely outrageous. Don’t waste your time stopping here.

We visited Sunday April 28, around 730am. They were not busy. Stood waiting for hostess to seat us for 5 minutes, finally another gentleman running the cash register went & found her. After seated took just as little while to get coffee, never did get water. Food was not very tasty & toast my husband ordered was so dry he almost choked, course we had no water & coffee needed filled up so that was great. 2 couples left before they orderedas they couldn't get anyone to even wait on them. We always count on Cracker Barrel for good food & service, but will make a note on our next trip from Florida to NC to avoid this one Ike the plague

We were seated quickly but the wait for our drinks and food was quite long. The ladies room was filthy and the food was not good at all. The employees were all friendly, just overwhelmed. Cracker Barrel as a whole has really gone downhill. Every one I've been in within the last couple of years has had a dirty bathroom.

My family and I stopped by this restaurant on the way back from Florida. Given our usual experiences with cracker barrel we were all very excited to stop and eat dinner, as we had a long drive to complete that evening. Upon arrival we were waiting in line and no one was seating anybody there was probably about six of us standing there waiting to be seated including my family of 4. It didn't seem to bother anyone that the line was long until the lady running the cash register asked if we had been seated . Once everybody what's seated our server came out and was very polite and started out as a good waiter but the food just took forever to get we didn't have silverware when the food was brought out it was all overcooked and tough to eat. The waiter only came and checked on us twice including bringing the kids one meal and then bringing our check. After giving us a check the waiter never came back out to see if we needed a refill on our drinks which we did. I'm not sure if it's just the store in general because other people there were having problems with getting their food and finding their waiter. But this was not the experience we wanted especially with a 5-hour drive that evening. In the past I've always chosen cracker barrel because of the good food ,and quality service. However the service and food that this restaurant was not up to par at all. Due to this I will probably not be stopping at a cracker barrel on our next vacation.

25 minutes and nobody even ask what kind of drink we want. Then we order and they don't have what we want. Had to walk away. This was a Thursday after 3pm with an empty restaurant
