Worst coffee, taste like water

Poor service requested a coffee with milk and French vanilla. Took a taste of the coffee after leaving the drive-through. They made it without any milk or the requested flavor. Return to the counter for a replacement. Management needs to take a look at your service.

While the employees were kind to be sure, I have never seen such a dirty bathroom. My wife said the ladies room was so bad we had to go someplace else. Not a great vibe to get food from a place like that when try to use facilities first

Yesterday while traveling south on I95 I stopped at a Dunkin about 15 miles north of Walterboro. Ordered a DECAF iced coffee. 3 miles down the road after two sips, I realized it was not decaf - tasted different and the sticky tab didn’t say decaf. I was going to toss it but my husband insisted we stop at the next Dunkin. 3 young women were behind the counter. When I explained I’d been “caffeneited” they immediately offered to make me the correct drink. THAT’s brand service and THAT will keep me coming back to Dunkins everywhere.

I come here at least twice a week, and the employees are so sweet. Sometimes it can take a minute to get my order, but they always make it exactly as I ask and as a vegetarian that's very important to me. 💝

These people need to be retrained...they take care of the drive thru first and leave inside clients waiting, supervisor doesn't seem to care, this happened around 7pm
The new person seemed lost waiting for help which took another 10 minutes for supervisor to come help

Went in to get a coffee and a donut five employees for standing around doing absolutely nothing if I was the owner of this business I would go crazy. Took 15 minutes to get a large coffee and a doughnut

Pulled up to the drive thru the employee asked what we’d like to order & we asked if she could give us a min to look at the menu & she replied yes. Then literally as my husband went to speak to tell her what we’d like. She replies “unfortunately we will be closing early tonight” With no reason or apology for asking what we’d like prior to that… this is not the first Terrible experience with this store. And truthfully the drive thru is the most awkward layout -behind the gas station. Needless to say we went across the street to Starbucks with a much more pleasant experience.

I don’t get it, why do yall never pick up the phone? I know it works because someone answered but when it came around the time for the manager to be there nobody answers.. and it’s not just a one day thing either
