7:00 am. Nobody in the shop except a lovely lady named Carolina. Two employees outside on the phone. In general I don’t go to Dunkin’ often. This’s reminded me why ! . Shrinkflation has hit hard here DO-nuts we’re tiny an $1.85 a piece! Got the $6.00 special ( bacon egg and cheese, home fries) . The bagel 🥯 was reasonable. 5? Circle ⭕️ home fries. Coffee as good as I remember it.very good. I guess you get what you pay for.. highlight was Carolina’s attitude and help

As a dunkin worker I would like to say, we are understaffed, we have to deal with customers while doing other tasks all at once, and the bathroom is not ours, it's the gas station's. As far as customer service goes, that is completely on the workers, but sometimes we cannot get stuff out quickly because of all the other things we have to do. Thank you!

Did mobile order. Ordered 5 min prior to even arriving. They had one car ahead of us with what looked like maybe a donut. We waited 20 min for two sandwiches and some hash browns. Go anywhere else. Order placed at 610 didn’t get food until after 630 when screen shot was taken

Kayla working today around 2:30-2:45 needs a raise for outstanding service my son went and wanted to get me a coffee. Wasn't sure what to get me. So she texted and called me to make sure she could get the order right. That is above and beyond in my book. You go girl! Making America run on Dunkin they need more like you!!!♥️🍩 Deserves a raise !

They wee really busy lune out the door the employees were great trash cans outside was over flowing it's in the same building as the gas station so the restroom line had 20 people atleast maybe they should think about putting in a second set of restrooms. And the gas station was slow maybe they could help out dunken with the trash cans ect
My family ordered a few coffees & breakfast food items (hashbrowns, sourdough bfast sandwich, 2 bacon + cheddar omelette bites, & a sausage + egg croissant) & it took 20+ minutes for our food to be ready. There was only 1 person working on food orders while other employees could have easily stepped in to help. Longest I’ve ever had to wait at any Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee I ordered also had a disproportionate ratio of cream + sugar to coffee - very heavy on the cream. Overall, it seems the staff could really use better direction & training regarding their roles & about timeliness/efficiency.
