My mom and I (foodies through and through) just had a very unexpected experience at Fat Jack’s tonight on our drive home from Singer Island, Florida.Get the fried shrimp; delicately battered and scrumptious with the most awesome hush puppies and the creamiest, most savory coleslaw. Nothing is (to my tastebuds) coming off of a Sysco truck. Everything tastes thoughtfully homemade and is well executed.Serena, our fantastic waiter, made the stay so very enjoyable. Bravo, Fat Jacks! Can’t wait to return.

I was on 95 and searched for restaurants near me and found this place. Customer service was great and the food was good. Macaroni and cheese didn't have enough salt and pepper. Sweet tea was great.

not very good quality of food, catfish bites are frozen with a strong fishy taste and tartar sauce is simple to make,,,,, mayonnaise and sweet salad cubes, and that was messed up

While traveling we found Fat Jacks online and decided to try it. I prefer different places instead of the same ol same ol. The food was excellent and I highly recommend the Mushroom and Swiss Burger and the Chicken Sandwich. I was very upset how the Manager talked to the waitress simply because she accidentally made a mistake with how they billed us to the incorrect table or something of that matter. It was no big deal but I felt like he was berating her in front of customer and staff. I am in a business of customer service and if he felt like it needing attention, it should not be handled out in front of customers and other employees. This made me very uneasy and uncomfortable.

We were returning to Florida from NJ and stayed overnight in Walterboro.Went to Fat Jack’s to watch the Iowa Women’s Basketball Team play and eat!Food was great!Iowa won!!Bartender was friendly and helpful!!

The female bathrooms were very dirty and it appears the sink, floors and the commode hadn't been cleaned in months. That really affected the taste of my food. Waitress forgot to bring water and straw. It hard to find good help. I had to wait for along time just for PIPA to return to my table that l could pay. I got up and went to the cashier area and someone flagged her. The cluster conversations take away good customer services. They must be focus on the restaurant guests and their needs. Likely not to return. Well wishes to your business. You're at the eyes of customers from I-95.

Had a call in order ordered seafood pasta & 10 wings 5 lemon pepper 5 teriyaki. Only 5 came lemon pepper 5 idk what flavor but wasn't teriyaki seafood pasta enough pasta to feed 2 but only 3to4 shrimp & no scallops at all when I called back Manger said menu only says shrimp wrong it says scallops to & I gave a tip never again I seen 2 or 3 waitress sitting in booths on there phones very unprofessional wasted my money!!
Our hotel recommended Fat Jacks for dinner and it didn't disappoint us. Emmie gave us great service and meal was delicious. We'll see you again on our next trip ?

I love places like this. Family Diner atmosphere with good specials and good food. We drive from Charlotte to the beach and this has been starred as our only decent stop that all 4 of us can eat something and be happy!

Wings were good but could have been betterHow? When someone orders a flavor.....make sure it's flavored. I ordered lemon pepper wings and it hardly had any lemon pepper seasoning on them. They also were very greasy. I was told by my family that they were good, so I brought some more family to try too.My wife's chicken salad was not too good either.

Extremely rude and unhelpful server. Food was barely acceptable and laughably overpriced (think Totinos microwave pizza for the kids dinner and charging $7 each). Koi pond is disgustingly overcrowded for the size of pool. If you’re traveling through this area and are trying to get a meal, I’d suggest snacking on crackers and driving an additional hour to Savannah or Florence.
