The people are nice but the food could be better. Spending $8 for a chicken thigh with mac and cheese that tastes like wet noodles in warm milk is rough. I've had other things from the hot bar and haven't finished any item that I can remember. Again, nice people and I hope the food improves because they've got a good spot.

I just left forks I waited in line for 15 minutes they asked what I was waiting for I said my French fries 12 minutes later I'm still waiting they asked me again what I was waiting for I told them my fries I got the fries my chicken gizzards were cold I went back into the store to see if they would give me a order of hot chicken gizzards the manager told me that they don't give away free food that there was a microwave that I could use I told him I wasn't going to microwave the food that I just purchased she was very rude told her I wanted my money back if my gizzards weren't hot this time they were hot they weren't even satisfactory I ended up throwing the mail in the trash my suggestion is to skip past the forks food court whatever happened to good customer service you won't find it at this store

Food is as good as the service that cooks prepares an serves!! An the people that are hired needs to be well trained in people skills !! The food could be better an awesome if the right time an care is taken in making an serving the food, don't get me wrong, sometimes it's good, but when you have a line of people wanting food an three people behind the counter an only one is serving an running the register an the rest could be outside smoking,it's wrong, customer service must be number 1 on the list ,this place don't feel like that at all !!! Feeling of being ignored is more like it at times!! An I spend alot of $ there too an all my gas also!! It takes it all to succeed!!! Period!!!!

Nice place for a pit stop. Clean restrooms and they do have real food instead of just snacks. Also have places to sit and eat instead of eating in the car. I did not try the food so I didn't rate that part.
