Visited the IHOP in Walterboro, SC yesterday to pick up a local offices catering order. Upon arrival I was greated immediately and told the order would be right out. Ms Gail came from the back with multiple trays, bags and containers of hot coffee. She was very friendly and engaging. She explained everything in the order and went the extra mile to make sure the order was simple to set up and display for the office. It was breathe of fresh air to be engaged by someone who truly cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Will definitely be retuning with my own family to enjoy more of the positive vibe she exuded.

Host/server asked us if we were placing a take out order. We told her no we are dining in, she made an awful face and said well where you want to sit. There was one other person in the entire dining room eating. We ordered Dr. Pepper and Pepsi and she came back and literally slammed the glasses on the table, threw the straws down and said we ain't got no Dr pepper. At that point we just got up and left.

Stop by the Walterboro IHOP today my server didn’t get her name but she did awesome. It was very quick with my very hot coffee after a long night on the road order the big steak omelette one of the biggest omelettes I’ve ever had in IHOP. I will be stopping back on my way back through town.
Latrell and James was awesome. Great food, great service. Please give them a try. They are awesome.

We were visiting from iowa, love ihop pancakes so we came here. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and 40 minutes for.our breakfast. The pancakes tasted burnt,not like IHOP. The avocado was not ripe. The men next to us were served, ate and ready to leave when we finally got our breakfast. We are white and the men were black.
