I was visiting family ( I live in Columbia) in Walterboro and we wanted KFC for lunch... We went inside and it looked like no one knew how to clean the tables... There were tables with food that people left and the other tables were dirty with trash on them. We waited to order on the kiosk machine which half way worked( took twenty minutes to order the food) The people behind the counter were so rude and nasty with the customers..I can understand being understaffed and people not wanting to work cause it happens where I work but The attitude of these employees were to much .. They acted like we were a burden to them and when a customer was complaining about something(we counted 7 different times this happened) the manager and the staff was like what do you want us to do about it..The bathroom was filthy and had looked like someone peed on the floor and the toilet was full of crap and the thrash can was over flowing... We waited for 47 minutes to get our food and had to send half of it back because they didn't fix it right and the chicken was hard like it had been there for a week.. I will never eat at a KFC again and I will make sure my family doesn't either.. This was a truly horrible experience...I will go somewhere else and pay more money to get better service....I will be calling corporate today and letting them know how bad this place was...

We along with everyone else seemed to be just passing through and wanted KFC... who wouldn't right!! It was a great location, but they were very understaffed..... maybe people were just out sick or maybe there is a pay issue... we entered the inside we could see they were busy, but always worth the wait! We were one of many people that truly waited but left while still waiting to order. Once we realized no one had food that were at the tables, we knew it would be too long for us to wait. We did wait 15 minutes, so we actually left, not getting any food in the area. Times are touch, we understand that, Great help is often hard to find at the right pay. The people working on Sunday Oct 27th were very hard working employees busting butt it appeared, seemed like you need a few more people that day. Will we stop here again ABSOLUTLY! We're sure it was just one of those days, but it cost the location a lot of money by not having more workers.

I thought I would give KFC another chance. It showed me again that not going to KFC was the right decision. I don't know if the management doesn't value customer service and quality. But it's about all the same. The chicken here also tastes like old frying oil. We really won't be going to KFC from now on.

When confronting the person behind the counter about a sandwich that had an egregious amount of mayonnaise on it their answer was “I didn’t make it”
I’m so incensed that I will call corporate to complain.

We went to KFC in walterboro South Carolina and went to place an order on the kiosk machine it showed the two piece leg and thigh meal $5 on the screen I tried to place the order on the kiosk but it wouldn't work and the cashier said it was no longer available why did it still show on the kiosk beware this place they lie to you they still should offer to us showing on the online kiosk inside the restraunt
The chicken seemed overcooked and greasy. I think it had been sitting around under a headlamp quite a long time. We ordered an 8 piece meal deal which came with two sides and 4 biscuits. Nothing out of the ordinary on the two sides. However we paid extra for white meat chicken. We were charged an additional $10 dollars on the white meat chicken. We got 4 wings with little to no meat and 4 greasy chicken breasts. We ended up picking the meat off the bones and feeding it to our dogs. Very disappointed especially since we spent $36 for something unfit to eat. The dogs did enjoy so I guess it was fit for a dog!

I was the first one to send the order them 2 more orders was after me them when they got the orders out they send the last 2 people orders and mine to the last order WTH are you seriously them the chicken was not cooked enough and stinks ,that looks old chicken from 2 days or from night before bad services that it’s not fresh

Order line didn't move for 10-15 minutes so we ordered off the kiosk. Order didn't have the biscuit or the drink we ordered. Had to go back a third time for silverware, for a dine in "meal". KFC used to have a reputation for good chix, the new item nuggets were terrible, dry, sauce not applied uniformly. All around bad experience sure pushes Chick-fil-A further past the top of our go to place & KFC closer to the bottom ☹️
