I pulled in at 9:00 and was told that they were out of chicken and they already clean their fryer so they weren't cooking any more chicken tonight. They close at 10:00. I'm going to contact their corporate office tomorrow because this is unacceptable.

If I could I would rate a NEGATIVE 5! By far the ABSOLUTE WORST KFC I’ve ever been to. Placed my order online waited 5 minutes PAST the time it was supposed to be ready for pick up and went in. Once I got to the counter and give them my info the person behind the counter said they FORGOT TO COOK THE FOOD AND COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! Get it together KFC you got to do better than this!!!!! This store is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST KFC EVER!!! I will NOT EVER go back

Food was good like normal. The issue with this restaurant is some not so smart person decided to put in a kiosk to take orders instead of dealing with a human being. If you order from the kiosk you don't get a drink right away...if you pay cash you get helped at the counter like normal old school good service.Won't be returning here

Traveling through town and put in an order at 7:30p from the Kiosk inside. After a few minutes an employee told us it would be at least 20 min before any chicken was ready. How is there no chicken ready at dinner time!? We wanted a quick stop and to get back on the road, so asked for a refund. The manager said she DIDN'T KNOW HOW to give a refund from a kiosk order. We walked out and lost our $30. When we drove out of the parking lot THREE employees were just sitting on the curb smoking and looking at their phones. DO BETTER, KFC.

Can't speak for all the other KFC's but this particular location the quality has seriously gone downhill. SEVEN cars had to pull up to wait for their order!!!! I sat for almost 20 minutes waiting on one small order of hot wings!!! Ridiculous!!!

This was by FAR the best customer service experience I have ever encountered!! Every SINGLE staff member we encountered greeted us and was so friendly. You don’t find that very often. The young man behind the counter taking orders was so kind. We were just stopping through on a roadtrip but what a refreshing experience!! The food was also cooked to perfection and came out warm and fresh!

The guy inside this evening who took our order was very nice and helpful and friendly. My father, son and I dined inside. You don’t always find that so whomever it was around 5:30-6 He’s a great employee!

How do you run out of chicken??? My advice call ahead to make sure KFC still has chicken. I can’t believe they even were open who is going to come in and order Mac n cheese and biscuits ??‍♀️. The employees seemed mad to even be there. Just skip it

I visited in April and May.In April whoever was working the drive thru decided to get aggressive towards me for a conversation not pertaining to her.When I said I could hear her, she got nasty as well.Waited in line for 45 minutes when it was not busy my last visit in May.I don't care for KFC but my mother in law wanted it. I definitely won't be back.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD.MANAGER SHE WASN'T FREINDLY ATALL AND SEEMED TO BE UPSET WITHWHOEVER SHE WAS TALKING TO ONTHE HEADSET FOR HER BODY WITHTHE FUSTRATIONS ON HER FACEWHICH ALSO CAME THROUGH HERTONE OF HER VOICE.
