Was not to love about McDonald's and I met some really nice people that work here took some warming up to them but now we get along great food is good good service and they're pretty quick Even I get extremely busy they still do a good job putting out the food for delivering it to their customers so I give them a 4.8

Customer Service is lacking. Manager was rude about buy 1 get 1 sandwich with survey. She said they don't honor it here. We came here on our way down visiting family and was very rude.

We tried to eat here at about 12 or so on 11/10/2024 but it was so filthy we could not do so. Not all that busy but every table dirty, bathroom atrocious. Clearly no pride whatsoever taken by the ownership.
Lobby closed. Won't let you order at window. Truckers beware. Lady at window very rude.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's on this side of the lowcountry. The line is always wrapped around the building and doors locked limiting access to service. For the one's who show up to work thank you, but this seems to be more of a management issue more than anything. Create atmospheres that encourage and motivate people to work! If you're thinking breakfast, lunch, or dinner I would highly suggest you find somewhere else.
