Customer Service is lacking. Manager was rude about buy 1 get 1 sandwich with survey. She said they don't honor it here. We came here on our way down visiting family and was very rude.

We tried to eat here at about 12 or so on 11/10/2024 but it was so filthy we could not do so. Not all that busy but every table dirty, bathroom atrocious. Clearly no pride whatsoever taken by the ownership.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's on this side of the lowcountry. The line is always wrapped around the building and doors locked limiting access to service. For the one's who show up to work thank you, but this seems to be more of a management issue more than anything. Create atmospheres that encourage and motivate people to work! If you're thinking breakfast, lunch, or dinner I would highly suggest you find somewhere else.
No smoothies or frappes for months now... I don't know what the problem is.

I ordered chicken nuggets and said to the supervisor that I want them fresh and hot and I don't mind waiting.I must of been talking to myself,McDonald's,get your damn act right.If I want cold food,I would of gotten a cold cut submarine sandwich. You need to take a productive page from (Five Guys burgers n fries) Also get better workers 🤔🤔
