I waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches because they have my order to people in the drive thru twice. People who ordered after me got similar orders to mine before me. When my order came, half of it was already cold and the other sandwich was was hard.

Bad service, nobody would take my order as I waited at the counter, even tried calling for someone to the counter but I guess nobody heard me. Why run an establishment if you can't even run it well. Never coming back.

Only 1 drive thru open, slow as hell, employees had great attitudes and food was good 👍, last 2 times drive thru took 30min, make sure you're not in a hurry

Be hungry! Avoid! Took over 20 minutes and food was still wrong. Staff argued for another few minutes until they finally looked at receipt and gave me the burgers. Then we realized they weren't made right...we just left.

Again, the order was incorrect and after calling the general managers number and their denial of the order coming from their store, there was no resolution. The receipt and app clearly show the order was placed and filled at store 5040. There is a pattern of inconsistencies and not receiving the correct order and no change in simply reading a receipt to verify the orders are correct. The $10 upcharge is not worth it to get an incorrect order
