Kim was our hostess. She told us up front that it might be a 30 minute wait, but it wasn't that long. She kept checking with us... very pleasant! Tyler was our server, and she was excellent as well. When we ordered the Salmon Bowl she said it was delicious, and what she frequently got to eat also. It was a great meal and evening!

Haven't been to a Ruby in a couple decades. I was hoping for the prime burger but got the American smash instead. Perfectly cooked, perfect size. Service was friendly and quick. Chill vibe on a Monday night with football on. If you're at the hotels and want a place for a quick bite and football, this works a pinch!
