Idk what yall got going on with the cherry limeade drinks but someone is consistently making them way too sour, now sometimes when we go it's fine but it's gotten bad

Probably the worst food I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We asked for larges (and paid for larges) and was not given that. The drinks were nasty- the syrup was completely off. The chicken was burnt and nasty- I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. We asked for ranch- was given honey mustard. I guess when you are having a full conversation with the car in the drive thru you don’t have time to listen to anything people are asking for with their orders. Dec 29 @ 9:30pm. Whoever was doing the orders is incompetent and whoever is cooking the food needs to be a dishwasher.

The hamburger was BURNT. I couldn’t eat it because it was so hard. The chicken fingers were over fried to the point of not being able to eat either. The French fries were about 1 1/2” long and overly fried as well. The order took over 20 minutes to be ready. The cashier was the only bright moment. I’ve never liked Sonic and now my dislike is totally confirmed. Never ever again. We ended up having soup for dinner. Complete throw away.

Ordered pickup and waited for 40 minutes for my order after I got there after they said it'd be ready Only had one poor employee working. Absolute mess.

I was in to get the unicorn dream slush I finally got to make it to sonic to get it I been waiting to get it jsut for the special unicorn straw that came with it but I never got the straw it was just a fat blue straw was not unicorn did yall sell out of the straws or something ? And another thing wrong with my slushy was the pink was not mixed in it was just blue

Well, I love their food! However, the tater tots aren't cooked as crispy as normal (I know I could cook them myself, lol) I can deal with that 😉 Out of my last 6 orders 2 have been wrong, with a 3rd (the last one) missing a burger. When I called, the guy that answered the phone (who said he made the order) called me a liar. Like I want to drive 20 mins for just a burger!! It will be a long while, if then, if I go back. He was talking about an order he said with extra pickles, I don't order extra pickles. I only have them to add extra mayo & regular mustard with the other ingredients that come on it. I will not deal with people who call me a liar!!! I minus two stars for the rude guy.

Stopped by in the evening right before closing for a meal on my long trip from south FL to SC. By far the best Sonic I have ever eaten at. Staff was friendly, engaging, energetic, and enthusiastic. I got the footlong American hotdog with onion rings and a medium hot fudge classic shake. Price was $5.53, which blew my mind so much that I thought they may have made a mistake! Food was delectable, freshly made, and extreme care went into the order they gave me. I am so impressed. If every Sonic was as well run as this one, Sonic would be one of the best fast food chains in the country.
We were visiting from Savannah when we stopped in this Sonic. I've never had such sweet employees anywhere in Savannah. Not to mention the food was actually hot and delicious. My daughter's sonic blast was filled with Reeses, she's used to getting a skimpy amount so this made her day. The employees were even great with my 3 and 6 year olds. This will be a new stop on the monthly trips up.

We had the slam burger and it was hot with melted cheese and very appealing to our eyes as well as our taste. We had an order of poppers with ranch dressing and not disappointed. Thanks for working hard to make us happy!

We came here to eat one night and even though I order did get mixed up they corrected it, everyone was very nice and very friendly. Especially the young lady that came to our car to give us our food. Thank you for that Sonic, and the food was very good!
