My family has eaten there once a week, sometimes as much as 10 times in a week. Since you guys opened A few rude cashiers are not gonna stop us from eating at 1 of my favorite restaurants. My cheddar peppers came out not fully cooked. The cheese hadn’t melted. Corndog wasn’t cooked all the way either. Tasted kinda cold/room temp in the middle

Went there today at 9 am to get breakfast and no one would take our order. One worker with NC tags pulled up laughing at us. The other worker was outside smoking and saw us at the at order window (no one else was there to get food). Usually service is good here but like all food places in Walterboro they going downhill quickly.

Went there 2 weeks back to back and my order was wrong both times. I paid for items I didn’t order! And they took so long to fix my order (waited over 20 mins), that I left the parking lot. Young ladies were very unprofessional, laughing on mic while I ordered. I will not return.

We parked. I ordered at stall #16. I ordered a BLT, small onion rings and large Dr. Pepper. The lady that took my order was pleasant. I paid and then waited for my order. After 30 minutes a runner came by and we asked him to check on my order. He said he would. Came back about 10 minutes later and said it was coming out of the kitchen. It showed on the screen it was still in the kitchen then changed that it was on its way. Waited 15 more minutes for it to come. I got out and went to the door. A runner came out saying there were only 3 people working and sorry for the wait. I went back to the truck. The male runner came by again and said it's on the way. Then comes back and tells me my order was "lost". I asked for a refund. Then he comes back again and said your order was through the app so I would have to request my refund there. I said No, I ordered from right here. Once again requested a refund. Waited 15 more minutes then got out and went to the door. Someone finally came to say that the "manager" was getting my refund. Needless to say, I waited over an hour and received no food and no apology for the wait or inconvenience. If you don't have enough staff to work then you shouldn't be open. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. I love Sonic food and am very sad that this is the service I received today. Will have to think long and hard before I return.
