When I was ordering today at about 1 ish, i could get someone’s yelling behind closed doors. Turns out it was a manager yelling at multiple employees. She was yelling at them for while, multiple people in the lobby noticed.
Do not waste your time here. It took the drive thru entirely to long. We sat and waited to order for 20 mins with only one vehicle in front of us. Then it took another 30 mins to get our 2 drinks. I have been to Starbucks that was wrapped around and be in and out in 20 mins.

Slowest Starbucks ever and extremely rude staff. I am a high volume restaurant manager and of the 5-6 workers today that I observed while waiting over 25 mins for 2 drinks I ordered online 15 minutes prior to arriving, 3 would no longer be baristas there. I will add that not one of the people working looked over the age of 18 except one and she wasn’t much older. The lack of customer service or urgency to get orders out was on full display. The napkin dispensers were all empty, several customers approached the counter to ask for them. Two different employees rolled their eyes and acted like it was the hardest thing for them to do. One of them, instead of handing the napkins to the customer with her had out, slammed them on the counter and walked away. While waiting, there was plenty of time to chat with other disgruntled customers, all were traveling on 26 and were shocked at how long drinks were taking and the lack of urgency and customer service. We’re from Charleston and it was embarrassing. If they were slamming busy it would be one thing but they were not. More training and/or retraining needs to be done at this location. This is not the first time this location has been less than acceptable on our frequent trips through but it will be the last.

3/14/26 at 3pm:
Ordered a grande iced matcha with extra pump of classic, that should equal 5 pumps. It was too sweet as if they added 7. I order this drink every day at my home location, I could tell when she was handing it over it wasn't right.
Asked to remake, they decided to add more matcha to the drink, assuming on purpose.
How can you not tell by looking at a drink if it's right or not?
Rude & disrespectful staff.
Our other drink was light ice oat brown sugar drink, it was the wrong drink as well & not light ice either.
This location should not be off the interstate for travelers, they're awful at service.
Waited 11 minutes for drinks we can't drink. Had no desire to go inside to ask for a refund, assumed I be met with attitude.

Save yourself the wait- Slowest starbucks ever. We could have driven 30 miles to the next town and got a faster coffee. Waited an hour for a cafe mocha with vanilla added and a white lavender mocha. Thankfully I was on the phone for most of the wait in the drive through. I should have cut losses and just pulled out of the line and drove to the next town. We were handed my husbands drink, then someone came to the window and handed me my drink, and apologized. We were given a $4 drink credit, but I would have rather been told they were short staffed or the wait was going to be extra long. We wold of went to the next Starbucks.

When I made my order they were out of 3 different sandwiches, when I finally finished my order I waited because the cashier didn’t say thank you, or ok. She looked up at me and said that’s it. Then when I received my ordered my drink was wrong. I approached the counter and was ignored. I said excuse me and finally the cashier came over and she said yeah. I told her that my drink was incorrect and she said ok and walked away. I took my drink back to my seat and waited because they were very busy. When the crowd died down I went back up to the counter and stood for about 10 minutes while being ignored by barista and cashier. Finally the drive thru barista and cashier (doing both jobs) Leeland helped me. She went directly to making my drink and had it to me in a few minutes. I really recommend if you want your drink correct and want service ask for Leeland. She is great!!!

God bless these Starbucks baristas, this was an absolute blessing of an experience. I expressed how I had a long drive ahead of me and was already feeling sleepy and they sprung into action, helping me find the perfect drinks to get me through this drive. I wish I got the the baristas names, but there was a special tea that she made me, and I could not be more gracious for how she treated me. She deserves a raise!! Definitely the best Starbucks location I have ever been to. Thank you deeply!

I never write reviews but I’d give this Starbucks zero stars if I could. We were traveling down I-95 and stopped to get a quick drink. Service was so slow. Slow enough that our family of 5 all got out to go to the bathroom while waited in the drive thru. There weren’t many people inside so not sure why there was such slow service. Once to the window and after still waiting atleast another 15 minutes, we received 2 drinks and a cake pop….still missing 2 drinks. After waiting another 10 minutes, the barista comes to the window to say they have to evacuate because the carbon monoxide monitor was going off. We asked for a refund on the beverages we didn’t receive but she told us they had to evacuate as well and would not be able to help us until the fire department came and they were cleared to re-enter their building. We left without half of order as we couldn’t wait any longer to continue traveling. We are understanding of the evacuation but there is no way that was the reason for the slow deliverance of our order, we had already been there a minimum of 20 minutes before that became an issue. Beware and stay away from this Starbucks at all costs. Just go down a few more exits to another Starbucks.

Very dirty. Garbage over flowing in dining rooms. Doors and counters unclean. I did not want to touch anything or set anything down. Also, I stood at the counter for several minutes before any acknowledgement from the staff.
I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this starbucks… the manager ,Nicole , was very informative and kind. The bathroom was also very clean and the food was hot and delicious!
