Waited 55 minutes for a frap. Still waiting.........

Terrible service. I’ve waited for my order 30 minutes if not more. The workers absolutely didn’t care, they were just looking at everyone waiting in line and were ignoring us meanwhile doing nothing. It wasn’t even that busy in my opinion, I’ve been to Starbucks in crowded cities and airports and I’ve never had an experience this poorly. Won’t be back.

I would give this place zero stars because when I walked in, I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order despite being first in line. When the barista came, she said “oh we’re no longer taking cafe orders, only drive thru” and then left. Terrible service, especially turning down a customer like that.

I went this place on Dec 3 around 4pm! Absolutely unacceptable service. We paid for a drink and waited 20 minutes for an order that was never made. When I asked staff about it, they couldn’t find the order at all. I asked for a refund and was ignored. When I finally spoke to the cashier and showed proof of payment, I was told to wait for a refund because they were busy, while they continued serving other customers. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix their mistake. This level of customer service is terrible. I will not be returning to this location. My first bad experience only in this location, Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!

Coffee was delicious 😋 the young lady who took our order was pleasant, the girl who made our coffee seemed like she was having a bad day or hated her job. The outside area was very dirty. There was trash all over the dining patio by the front door. This is why I did a 3 on the atmosphere.

Horrific. I had a mobile order and the lobby was closed with an unprofessional hand written signage. Sitting in the drive thru for 8-10 minutes per customer! Neighboring businesses tell me this isn't an occasional occurrence. Do better!

Traveling I95 and made a stop at Starbucks in the late afternoon for lattes and pastries. Our pastries were delicious as usual. The lattes, were a fail. Watered down & very weak. We were already back on the highway & the disappointment was real. Try before you drive away! 🥺

We felt bad for the employees as there were only 2 young ladies working. There was at least 20 people inside waiting for drinks/food. It was chaos. Our 1 drink came out after waiting 25 mins than other drinks came out to customers that where after us. Drinks were not coming out in order placed. Needs better management.

I’ve never experienced anything like this at a Starbucks. We waited at the register for 15 minutes while the barista just stared at us and slowly changed trash bags instead of taking orders. There were four people behind the counter, yet no one seemed to care that customers were piling up and walking out. When we finally got acknowledged, we were told there was a 30 minute wait not for a complex drink order, but to warm up a sandwich that was already made. That is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to Starbucks in airports and downtown locations during rush hour and have never been quoted a 30 minute wait for basic items. We literally watched multiple customers leave because of how poorly this was being handled, and it didn’t seem to bother anyone working there. The employee who spoke to us (name looked like “Cua” or something, the name tag was messed up) was completely disengaged and unhelpful. This location is hemorrhaging business due to terrible management and zero urgency. Starbucks is supposed to be fast and reliable, this was neither. I won’t be back.

Highly suggest going through the drive through as you will wait a lifetime on the inside. Poor girls were heavily under staffed for a middle of the afternoon 5-6 people gradually pouring in little by little. Waited 42 minutes for nitro and tall iced coffee!!
