Ravioli on menu said homemade. When the chef (Mark) came to my table and asked how everything was I tried to avoid giving my true feelings. But he was persistent and I let him know that the pasta dough was too thick and with that the filling was lost. He stated well the pasta sheets from Sysco are too difficult to roll thin. Homemade huh. Besides that food was fine and responsible priced for a golf course
We’ve longed for a date night spot in Walterboro and have finally found one!! Tavern on the Green was so delicious!! There were so many unique options, I’m glad they’re nearby so we can try them all! My husband could tell the chicken carbonara was an actual carbonara sauce- not just Alfredo with bacon in it. My husband and I recently had dinner at Tavern on the Green and it was exceptional .
We had the Chicken Carbonara and it was absolutely amazing!! Beautifully presented , and cooked to perfection. It was truly the best we have ever had !
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive , ensuring everything was perfect . The owner, Mark, went above and beyond, accommodating every request. He made our dining experience fabulous.
