This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. If you want proper service, don’t sit in Bonnie’s section. She never checked on our table, never refilled drinks, and left us sitting there thirsty until another server stepped in to help. The table next to us had the same issue—Bonnie even tried to get them to say she was providing service, but they confirmed she hadn’t come back after dropping off their food.
When I raised my concerns with the manager, Princess, nothing was done. To make matters worse, Bonnie argued with me about her poor service right in front everyone. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I recently dined at Waffle House and was thoroughly impressed. The service was truly spectacular — attentive, friendly, and efficient, far exceeding my expectations. The food was equally outstanding; every bite was flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend trying their chili as well as the Texas Bread, both of which were phenomenal. This experience left me genuinely impressed, and I would gladly return for another meal.

It’s a Waffle House. So the food is quick and good. But what really stands out was our service. Just super nice folks who work hard. Great Waffle House. The outside parking lot and surrounding area looks a little rough but inside is nothing but goodness.
