Since moving to new building the customer service has been Horrible! We waited for 2 hrs to patronize the business and food orderd from Hot Bar took over 2 hrs to come out. We were told we couldn't speak with " Mr, Buckey" . Mr. Buckey, passed us 3x I attempted to stop him he kept walking to clean table outside. When my husband and I got up to leave he came outside and gave 4 excuses. I believed the incident was isolated, well I was sadly mistaken. Ordered dz blue crabs cooked to go told will be ready in 25 min went to pick up told there's No more crabs! Granted my husband's card was debited than offered crab legs and refund will deposit to card. Im over this place. We drove from Charleston to be disappointed again! Never again!!

Placed my order by phone a hour before picking it up and it wasn't ready so I waited another 30 minutes and then was told they couldn't find my order so now it's 2 hours after I placed the order and still haven't gotten it as I asked for my refund of my $55 low country boil in ten minutes they found my order but nothing FREE after waiting 3 hours for a order will never return there

The store was totally empty with a sign on the front door that said the restaurant accross the street with the red rood is pretty good!
First time here, the food was great and I will be back again but the server needs to work on being better. You should not have to request silverware to eat your food with. Nor napkins, nor refills on drinks.
