Went for some zaxbys food on 8/19 between 8PM-9PM for the first time in a long time. Tell me how am I supposed to know Zaxbys wants to be Chick fil-a. I go to the drive thru and it’s dark. When I first pulled in I see a car at the speaker and I see a guy talking to a car by the side door. That’s a huge gap! How am I supposed to know he was taking an order on a tablet. When I get to the speaker the male employee comes on very rude and says I cut the vehicle behind me, does not explain what he was doing so I had to ask questions and told me to go back around but never showed his face in the drive thru window. Very unprofessional . Zaxbys please teach your staff to communicate properly and next time pull the vehicle up to the next vehicle that’s at the speaker. Chick fil a would never!!

Ordered curbside. Sit 30 mins in car and then went inside to chaos; adult employees asking if it’s 4 yet, hateful to customer who asked for a unique order. Finally approached them and my order was sitting out to the side, drink water-logged, and 2 of the 6 egg rolls I ordered. You need courteous adults and teens who enjoy their work and are not afraid to look customers in the eye. Nobody was hustling!

My wife and I went through the drive thru and made a kinda large order. Got home to find several items that were missing from our order. My boneless wings were already cold and hard as a brick and were the fries. We had the completely wrong drinks, as i said we ordered fried pickles which were missing, my wife didn’t get her salad, and none of our kids and nephew got anything they ordered. We ended up just going to get food from somewhere else. The staff was friendly and polite enough but come on Zaxby’s you gotta do better

We did have to wait a bit for our food but it was busy. Unfortunately the floors, tables, booths and bathrooms were very gross. But the food was good and the employees were nice enough.

Extremely slow service. Not enough seating. No soap in the bathroom. Dirty bathroom. Coke machine was out of almost all flavors. Not enough carbonation in the coke. A single cashier for Saturday lunch rush is insufficient.

We came in with a very large group. They handled that like it was nothing. Lines went through so quickly. All orders were perfect. Food is great. Staff did it all with a big smile on their face. Will definitely go back again.
