I had a disappointing experience with both the customer service and the food quality. I ordered a Big Snack Meal, and the portion of fries was minimal. The chicken tenders had very little meat, which was really disappointing. My family also ordered salads, but instead of receiving the proper salad dressing, we were given dipping sauce. To top it off, we were served small drinks despite paying for large ones. When I went up to request more fries, the staff member didn’t acknowledge the issue or offer an apology. He seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, which only added to the negative experience.

The food here was completely over cooked. The chicken wings were cooked so hard that my teeth hurt for hours after trying to eat them.
Just one meal with drink and dessert was over $20.00. But the worst issue wasn’t the price, the main issue was that the food was not edible. If you don’t mind just eating toast for $20.00 then this restaurant is for you.

Got here around 1pm, all we ordered was 2 salads, nothing added or extra. It took us 15 minutes to finally get our salads. There wasn’t but 2 ordered before ours and plenty of staff walking around and in the kitchen. Very poor service. If you need something quick, go somewhere else.
