Usually the drive thru line moves quickly. Most servers are nice. Sometimes salads are missing tomatoes or fried onions but overall good.

The products were very salty.
The place was dirty overall.
The bathrooms were full of trash, with urine on the floor, etc.
Corporate needs to be more careful about protecting the brand.

No baby changing station in the bathroom so I used a table and they didn’t wipe it off. Gross

I love the grilled chicken sandwich combo. It is delicious. If you're a sweet tea fan, there sweet tea is pretty good too. :)

The fact that I asked employees to put soap in the mens room and two of them didnt know how to change it was alarming. The update from the manager that they didn’t have any was even more alarming. Basic hygiene is a health department focus for protection from the spread of disease. Please do better.

I now understand why this location has a 3.6 rating. I ordered a Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich meal and clearly asked Dalton to toss the tenders in Tongue Torch sauce and add ranch and Tongue Torch on top. I also ordered five Tongue Torch–tossed fingers. When I opened the box, the fingers were barely coated.

I called the store, and while they did replace the items, the corrections still weren’t made properly. The sandwich tenders were tossed the second time, but the ranch and additional sauce were still missing. The replacement fingers also came lightly coated again.

Overall, I cannot recommend this location. The wait time was unusually long — only three cars were in the drive-thru and four customers were inside, yet everyone waited at least 10 minutes for their food.

WARNING! NO CHANGING TABLE! I don’t usually do this but after being in the car for hours to get here and there being no changing table I was beyond disappointment. Service was slow and food is just fair. Plenty of other options in this area, just pick somewhere else.

First time visitor to a Zaxbys and I really enjoyed the place. The food was solid, the service was quick and the atmosphere was good! I’ll stop back in for sure!

Y’all need to go ahead and take off curbside pickup if y’all not gone bring the order to the car. Waited almost 10mins just to go inside and found my order just sitting by the DoorDash section.

Why am I getting cold chicken fingers at 11:16am? Fries are piping hot with no seasoning but the chicken has zero heat, not even luke warm, just some dry room temp leftovers from last night?
