There has not been a time where either my boyfriend, my daughter or me has actually gotten what we ordered. Customer service at this location is awful. My daughter just called me upset going thru the line because she had to repeat herself many times, when she got up to the window âthe managerâ told her the price and instantly my daughter said this is not what you told me when I placed the order it should be more, are you sure everything is there. The lady repeated the order she said that is correct but when she received the food the sides were wrong! I called down there to yes complain and tell the girl that every time weâve ordered they have yet to give us the correct food. She was extremely and hung up on me. I called back she asked me why my daughter didnât come inside. I told her because by that point she was fed up and it doesnât make sense why you canât ever get it right. So she hung up on me again. I called back asked to speak with the manager she said she is the manager and hung up again. I called again and asker her her name and she hung up on me again.

Being a southern boy! You got to love fired chicken and all them fixings! I love the automated system they have with accuracy!! This makes me want to go back everyday.
I recommend no one eats from this restaurant on Clements ferry road these people literally put dirt and other stuff in your food if you eat at this restaurant you sick all down tea had fruit bugs in the cup the kitchen is nasty I do not recommend anyone ever eaten from here I hope you all see this eating from this Bojangles it's like getting motion picture money and cashing it
