I love the Bojangles on Clements Ferry Road. The chicken is never hard, and the coleslaw Mac'n' cheese and rice are slamming!!!!! They're so friendly there, and the place is ways clean.
They kept my debit card(which I understand accidents happen). The problem is when I tried to call back they either didn't pick up or they yelled into the phone and then hung up on me.

They changed their time to 5:30 AM and they’re still not ready for customers at 5:30. This is a busy road that has a lot of companies. so it’s a high in traffic where people work and try to grab a quick meal before going in but can’t because they’re still not open. so if you need more time as a staff come in at 5am to be ready at 5:30 , not 5:45 and still have to wait for them to prep.

This bojangles is so hit or miss!! Sometimes I have great food and bad service. Bad service and bad food, good service and bad food, good service and good food. Usually the food is pretty solid! My most recent encounter has forced me to not go back though, ordered my food and the person forgot she took my order from the speaker to the window. When arriving to the window she said “I didn’t take your order?” When I told her she did, and what I got she said “oh”. Her eyes were completely blood shot, and the workers were rude and having a completely separate conversation on the side with the window open. My food was also wrong, as I ordered the sandwich plain and sauce on the side.

I arrived at bojangles at around 9:20ish, (pm) the woman working the drive thru laughed at me and told me they were closed. I asked if they closed at 10 because that is what the website says and I come here often, but both employees working were very rude and were cursing at each other while the window was open. Super unprofessional and if they were truly closed why were they just standing by the window?

Horrible. Just drive across the bridge where you’ll get the right food, in the correct portions in decent condition. There’s a reason this place has and never will break 4 stars. It’s not worth losing your money and still being hungry.
