Alright I actually posted a review for the incorrect BK. THIS BK in Ware shoals has always had fresh food even when ordered in drive thru. The Whoppers were the best I had tasted when purchased on New Year's Eve. The wait for food was a bit lengthy but well worth it. Staff have always been nice.

I frequent this location on my way to and/or from work occasionally. I worked in the fast food industry for over a decade. I know what to expect from the average fast food and quick service restaurant. This location always has the most friendly and hospitable staff. Even when I have to wait for my food, the length of my experience is still lower than the average total time at most other fast food joints. The food is always above average. Can't ask for much more!

The picture of the jalopinio poppers looked good so I ordered the 8 piece. Along with two whopper Jrs and fries. 2 of the poppers were ok but the other 6 were just shells. Both burgers were burnt.I should have known better...

I’d recommend ordering through the app. I waited at the counter for about 15 minutes, but the staff never acknowledged me, so I eventually gave up and left. Very unfortunate.
