Every Sunday I'm going to get breakfast and is always a very good service in both windows but today the people was in both windows was like they hate going to work today. I ask a simple question: what toy you give in the Happy meal and the answer was: I don't know nothing about that. Then when I was eating my McGriddle was hair in there. So nasty.

Your service sucks. Every time I stop there i have to pull ahead and wait. The food isn't fresh and it takes atleast 10min to get your cold food.

My husband ordered and waited an hour for food but had to leave due to work. When he told me he had still been waiting and had to leave, I left my house with my newborn to go to the store. The manager was indifferent about the entire situation. I was able to get the food remade but had to wait an additional ten minutes. On top of that the store has their phones turned off because I tried calling while I was inside and I never heard them ringing. Will not ever be going here again because this isn’t a one off, every time we order from this location we wait ten plus minutes for food. Absolutely horrible.

I haven't been to MacDonald in over a decade and I wanted a chocolate shake. I ordered a shake from the drive through and was told their ice cream machine was down.

This store has gone down hill the past year. The service is extremely slow and sloppy. No one knows what they are doing or how to perform their job. Please hire a lead that knows how to take charge and have everyone doing certain designated tasks.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Minimum 20 minutes to get through the drive through. Half the time when you finally reach the window, they tell you to pull up and someone will bring your food out to you. Three times that has happened to me and ended up having to go into the store to get someone to make my order. I’ll drive 10 more miles to avoid this location from now on.
