This place is awful. No one can do their job, got a LARGE smoothie there the other day and it was genuinely 1/6 of the way full. I looked at the girl in the drive thru and said “is this it” and the girl just looked at me so i said “ok i guess so.” I’m not the type of person to even complain when my food isn’t right or good i’ll just eat it but I paid my hard earned money to not get really anything at all. They wait you in line for so long and just forget about you, it’s not the high school kids fault though. GM there is absolutely awful at her job and takes it out on all of them, she tells them to pull everyone up automatically, then it gets taken out on those kids. I guess it’s to meet her quota or whatever. Another day my boyfriend and I came in and waited for our food for almost two hours, there was a SWARM of people at the counter because everything was wrong, the poor girl there was just trying to keep everyone from getting behind the counter. There’s really no point in going here anymore it’s not a functional restaurant, you’ll either be waiting forever, won’t get the right food or BOTH but one is at least a guarantee. Those kids look TIRED and this place is in serious need of some new management. The seneca one is a little better but eh, I think i’ll save going to mcdonald’s for when i’m not the local area cause these are so dysfunctional. and before you say “follow this link” i already did and so have most people here probably, they still do nothing about it. don’t waste your time eating at this mcdonald’s.

Nothing is ever right. And if you say anything, you're gonna be cussed out .🤔 It's too much...it was a simple hamburger with no cheese, no mayo. Simple, it was the complete opposite...and they were mad at me...😳. I will never go to any McDonald's under any circumstance...their staff is violent..🧐....

I want to thank the staff at McDonald's—shout-outs to Mackenzie, Cole, and Christian. I really appreciate you helping me jump-start my car when I stalled out at the drive-thru. You guys also have excellent management who could still run the business smoothly while helping me out with my car. My most enormous appreciation goes to Eunice. Strives for excellence on her shift!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this McDonald’s is horrible. Every time we come we are made to pull forward and it takes forever to get our order. We just placed an order on the app approximately 20 minutes before checking in to receive our food. We sat and waited 10 minutes or more after checking in for them to come out and tell us it would 10 more minutes for the two pies we ordered. I am generally a patient person, but there were not many cars in the drive thru and the parking lot was relatively empty. I don’t understand why it would take 40 minutes to heat up some premade pies. They are never apologetic for the poor service and almost always leave something out of our order. I guess that’s what we get for continuing to go back.

It wasn't a very good experience for me. I had ordered the 40pc nuggets and fries deal and the fries were cold and the nuggets were so hard I couldn't even eat them.

They could work on their service. Tuesday is Taco Tuesday and it usually is Full but slow service shows you got to have good service to remain loyal customers to continue. Hope this constructive criticism helps them we really like having them available for our area.

Ordered 6 breakfast burritos received 3 manager lied. And wouldn't replace tried off poor service don't stop here horrible staff and managers

Managers like Eunis and others need to learn to treat their employees with respect. us as customers do not need to hear you screaming at your teenaged employees at the top of your lungs “you just need to shut your mouth” and other rude comments and slurs from across the store. i’m just there for my cheeseburger not to witness and innocent mcdonald’s employee get fussed at!

The only people in the building waiting to eat, took about 20-25 minutes to get food and all the fries were ice cold and ice in the drinks were melted have a few people working in the back trying but 10-15 employees sitting down laughing together including the manager. Used to be good, this place has went downhill very quickly .
