This morning I stopped by Starbucks to try one of the newly released Christmas drinks and left extremely disappointed. Not only was I overcharged for my drink — something I confirmed by comparing it to the price shown on my app — but the drink itself was made incorrectly.
My sister and I both ordered the Sugar Cookie latte. When I tasted hers, it had the sugar cookie taste it’s supposed to have. Mine, however, had practically no syrup at all. It tasted nothing like what I ordered. I look forward to the holiday menu every year, so this was especially frustrating.
If I hadn’t been in a rush for work, I would have gone back in to have it corrected, but unfortunately I didn’t have the time. Overall, this was far from my best experience at Starbucks. Being overcharged for a drink that wasn’t even made right was extremely disappointing, and I genuinely hope this location does better in the future.

They charged me extra for No Ice. As for all other Starbucks this is not the case. Also for Frappacuino they didn't even have the whip cream to top it with. When questioned for anything the cashier kept saying "We are not Starbucks, We are Ingles".

On the major highway, this coffee store was a respite as we searched for our hotel. We were a bit lost, but we pulled in here and got out our phones, using the wifi, and got reoriented. And we ordered coffee. We were happy for this place of assistance.

Austin is having a bad day. He never smiled, barely made eye contact. Praying for that young man! But, he makes a great Oleoto Latte!

Purchased 2 venti matcha green tea frappuccino with almond milk. The drink requires 4 scoops of green tea matcha. We've drank so many. Today the drink was tasteless and light. More than likely 2 scoops; instead of 4. Disappointed. Went through the drive through. Maybe we need to go in and make sure we are paying $15+ for what we order.
