Ordered online have been waiting 20 minutes past pickup time this is unacceptable don’t tell customers to pick up at 3:55 and here it is 4:20 and it’s still not ready
EDITED- it’s bad when corporate has to step in and refund orders when they should be cleaning up the stores and making the employees work instead of standing around on their phones being lazy and getting paid for not doing their jobs and causing customers long waits or poorly preparing food THE PROBLEM IS THE PEOPLE BEING HIRED refunds isn’t going to solve the problem just make the business lose money for employees laziness

Sorry night shift that I didn't catch anyone's names but the girls that I saw on march 28th were super friendly helpful and down right funny. You had me and my girl laughing so hard we almost wet are pants 🤣 the food was ok but the service more than made up for it. Like I won't lie the mac and cheese wasn't hittin but but but they tried and the biscuits and gravy was top notch

i was there early today ( just a little bit after church service ended ), and I know that because of this, I expected it to be a little bit busy, but to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich and 3 chicken fingers is a little bit much.. There seemed to be a lack of communication between employees and not enough work.. I mean when one of the managers didn't even know what was going on in the kitchen.. Well that says a lot..

I want to thank Jackie Brown the manager at williamston Bojangles for replacing our food and taking such good care of us We had ordered through door dash and our food was horrible I spoke with Jackie and she was wonderful and told us to come to restaurant and she'd replace our food and that's exactly what she did and even after checked with me to make sure food was good I will definitely always recommend her if anyone has problems at that Bojangles she's the Best !!

Compared to other Bojos, food was mediocre, mac and cheese was only warm, chicken a bit dry. My booth was clean, but floor, overall, needed a good mopping. Service was A+
AI computer takes the order, food came out wrong, they told me to wait in the pick-up parking spot for one last sandwhich that they never made. I had to go inside to find everyone doing nothing, then they went back and brought me a cold biscuit that was missing the egg.

Service is what you’d expect of a fast food chain, so no complaints here. First time we’ve eaten at this location and it’s the best quality food I’ve had from a Bojangles. Tenders were cooked nice and crispy & the food was given to us piping hot. Nice job Williamston!

First incident I showed up at 9:01 p.m. to order food and walked into the lobby and I was asked to leave because the lobby was closed at 9:00 I was like okay but the door was open she responded I haven't gotten over there yet to lock it we're still open if you want to get in your car and do the drive-thru instead of taking my order while she was standing directly behind the cash register nope went to another restaurant.
Second incident I'm a doordasher I showed up there to pick up food my order was missing a Mountain Dew I asked the younger lady behind the counter that this order is missing in Mountain Dew she then hands me the cup and says the fountains over there I don't think that's doordash policy and plus it should have some type of seal but she didn't care she just gave me the cup and I took a hit on my Dasher rating
Number three showed up at 9:30 last night to order a egg and cheese biscuit was told that the grills was shut off and it would take about 10 minutes to turn the grill on and cook the eggs I said don't worry about it what do you have that's available now she said there was bo nuggets and some BO roundsEgg and cheese meal is around $9 that meal right there was 15 and it was horrible chicken has been left out for hours dried Orange my dog would need it the bo rounds where the bottom of the barrel so much seasoning you couldn't eat it and they were also old and cold the only thing good was the biscuit and the soda the next day I called and talked to Jackie Brown the GM told her exactly what is in this review she said that I'm not the only one that has complained and that multiple people have and the grill is not to be shut off until 10:00 and for me to come in and get a replacement meal or get what I was trying to get so I went in there she didn't come around the counter to talk to me about anything an employee handed me the food biscuits and the bo rounds with no drink. I spent $15 on bad food and got replaced with about $7 of fresh food it doesn't make sense to me and it's a brand new establishment this place needs to do better.
