My husband and my brother in law went for lunch today and had a horrible experience. I'm not going to into a ton of details but this restaurant is unprofessional and needs some classes at Bojangles University (to bad that's not a thing). The food is awful and customer service is worse . Do better Bojangles you've lost yet another customer.

Got someone to pick up food for me , order should’ve been , southern gravy combo with an extra egg and cheese biscuit .I got a cheese biscuit and a egg on the gravy biscuit ? either the guy I sent pissed someone off , or someone was smoking some good dope

I ordered online today and went picked my food up and it was all wrong when I got home. Usually I go through the drive through and get home and it is wrong. It’s my fault because I should have checked before I left. I did make a call but they just brushed it off as they don’t all know what chicken is what and what sides are what. A simple sorry would have been great or if ask me to bring it back but none of that . I will not go back and oh I didn’t mention the fries. They were hot which is a plus but they were way too salty.

Fast service, fresh hot food, my go to breakfast place! Why wait 10-15 minutes in the McDonalds drive thru for a hard dry biscuit when you can get a hot and fresh biscuit down the road at Bojangles and only wait 2-3 minutes?

If I could give a minus 10 I would. Idk what the problem is with this Bojangles in Williamston , but seriously I am officially done with it and will take my business somewhere else. Their food is never good. Stopped got 4 biscuits this morning and you could literally taste the freezer taste of the biscuits. Not to mention how they are always hard and not completely cooked on bottom. I will be taking my business somewhere else for now on.....
